Took forever to make the food and even then it was not what id expect at a cracker barrel. They were out of what we ordered which wasn't a big deal but took them 20 minutes to figure out they didn't have what was ordered.

The food was great as always. Our server did a great job. I have heard they are changing the menu and I am not pleased. They should leave it alone. The decor, the menu, and the logo. We go to cracker barrel for the down home country feeling.

The only reason for this favorable survey is because of the acknowledgement of the company's mistake to rebrand was a failure. The apology letter from the company was the level of honesty that all company's should have when it comes to treating their customers and employees. Will go back to eat there now

Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. The food was awesome just too much of it 😂 and our server Jordan was awesome. He checked on us to see if we had all we needed and was very friendly.

It’s not just the rebranding. Service was very slow and poor. Food was ok.

We were there around 7:45 PM and they were out of Turkey & Dressing (that day's special) AND they were out of the Roast Beef dinner.
We ordered something else and it was very good.
The server was very good and felt bad about the outages

8 o’clock no hostess not busy at all. After 10 minutes got sat. Sat there there for another 10 minutes never saw anyone else to take drink order or acknowledge we were there. Walked out.

Visited alot of cracker barrels and this one was my favorite. Nice atmosphere and food was cooked perfect

Food has become terrible. The vegetables are skimmed over from sitting, my hashbrown casserole was so dry is was lumped and hard crunchy. They have changed the menu and only offer popular entrees on weekend only. Obviously cutting quality to save money.

The biscuits were AWFUL and like eating cardboard. As for the new menu it felt very limited and the prices we much higher than when I went last time. The new decor was awful. On a positive note the REAL Cracker Barrel sign was still outside!
