terrible. ordered donuts through the app and they just threw substitutes in the bag not even in a box nor did they ask the substitutes we wanted instead. Also tried to put regular cold foam on my drink when I wanted cookie butter.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app. When we got there, we were asked to pull down to wait on our food. We got our drinks and when we were handed our drinks the lady at the window told us to have a great day. And left out half our order. So we waited to get the rest of the order and had to drive around to the door to go inside and get it. When my mom went inside to get it, she slid the bag and rolled her eyes as she was leaving.

Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. I was coming from Philadelphia on a road trip to visit my cousins in Atlanta, Georgia. I visited the gas station first, Hill's Exxon, then I decided that I wanted a peppermint mocha coffee, large from Dunkin. The service was good. The customers that were waiting were very nice. They were talking about my Eagles sportswear and that I am a big Eagles fan. We had a great conversation. I enjoyed my interactions with the customers as well as the associates who work here. I had a good experience here and I would return. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over fifty years of age.

There is a sign on the glass case for donuts. It says donuts are $1 . When the young lady told me, my bill was $3.40 for 2 donuts. I pointed out that the sign says one dollar each. She told me there was tax. I explained that the tax on two dollars was not that high. She argumentatively told me she didn't put the sign there and that she put my order into the register and that's what it says. I could tell it to management. I explained, I was only pointing out what the sign said. Again, argumentatively she told me she doesn't know what the sign says and she didn't put the sign there. I told her I was not trying to argue. I was just pointing out what I was looking at. Again, she said to point it out to the manager, she had nothing to do with it. I was not being rude to her but felt like I was attacked for pointing out something so obvious.

Their sign says OPENS @ 5, the website says OPEN @5. I got to the lavonia location 10 mins before 5 and SAT 10 mins AFTER 5 to give time to open doors and such, and they still had the doors locked and did not answer the drive thru. When u say you're OPEN you need to OPEN ! NOT WHEN ITS CONVENIENT FOR YOU. SO I DROVE OFF.

I ordered the everything stuffed bagel bites. They were cold and no everything season on them. The loaded chipotle hash browns were soggy and barely anything on them. The two ladies working were clueless about any questions you ask them. Worst experience I have ever had here today.
Been slacking a lot lately could not get my coffee this morning told me one moment just now and sat in a drive-thru for 5 minutes without anyone saying the word drive through was not packed no location was not packed this is ridiculous and the owner needs to address it and fix it immediately or they will lose a lot of business

For the haters: I've got a friend who used to work at this location. They don't specialize in donuts anymore. They don't control how many donuts they get everyday, they just get what they get. Popular donuts are gonna run out before anything else. She told me that some people will come in and order multiple dozens of just glazed without a day warning- which also leads to running out. Yes, some could have an attitude, but remember that teenagers need a job too. While most places don't close their lobby to clean it, they also have more than 2 or 3 people on a nightshift. Some of you guys that leave these nasty reviews; still go by there everyday. They read the reviews and they know you're still placing that mobile every morning at 7am lol. Majority of the workers do their absolute best. Have patience. Most of the issues here would have to do with Dunkin- not the Lavonia workers. C'mon now.
