For the haters: I've got a friend who used to work at this location. They don't specialize in donuts anymore. They don't control how many donuts they get everyday, they just get what they get. Popular donuts are gonna run out before anything else. She told me that some people will come in and order multiple dozens of just glazed without a day warning- which also leads to running out. Yes, some could have an attitude, but remember that teenagers need a job too. While most places don't close their lobby to clean it, they also have more than 2 or 3 people on a nightshift. Some of you guys that leave these nasty reviews; still go by there everyday. They read the reviews and they know you're still placing that mobile every morning at 7am lol. Majority of the workers do their absolute best. Have patience. Most of the issues here would have to do with Dunkin- not the Lavonia workers. C'mon now.

My family and I were passing through in a family trip. We get to the store and the door was locked. We had to use the bathroom with a 6 year old. Instead on telling us that they were closed or short staffed one if the worker threw her hands in the air as to tell me to drive around. Very unprofessional. No wonder the place has a 3.9 rating. This place sucks, fire all of them.

Best Dunkin I've been to in a long time. Coffee tasted great and the place was clean.
Myself, my wife and our 2 month year old were passing through the area and ordered inside but then were told we’d have to leave at 6:30 pm due to short staffing although 3 workers weren’t doing anything. Proceeding to finish feeding our child in the car out front. Many people were turned away. We need more decency and compassion from these big chains. I hope this was a one time instance.
