Please don’t go here if you’re a person of color. Daniella, the manager is racist. We got here at 5:30pm and we left because it’s now 7pm and we still haven’t been seated. It’s my birthday dinner with my family because I go to the army and it was horrible customer service.

Horrible To-Go service. I placed my order online, which told me to wait 26 minutes until arriving to pick up my order so I waited 30 minutes ended up getting there and parking And went inside to pick up my order where I was told it was going to be 10 more minutes so I proceed to go out and sit in my reserve to go parking spot where I waited 30 minutes longer than the 10 minutes she told me. After that time, I was fed up and went inside for my food which was sitting on the counter, not even being bothered to be brought outside and when I go in the to go server looked at me, blank stare, and I told her I was waiting 30 minutes outside for my Food and to which she had no response and handed me my food so I walked away. Also by the way My food was paid for on the longhorn website to which I gave a 20% tip to the to go server Which was obviously not appreciated by her.

I have been here to eat with family probably 50 times or more I always get the same thing Parmesan crusted chicken no salad loaded mashed potatoes without bacon and steakhouse Mac and cheese without bacon. Tonight was the first time they refused to make my normal order without bacon. I’m 9 months pregnant this is all I wanted it to eat and it’s against my religion to eat pork. My children got the kids meal steaks and both to be cooked the same med well. My daughters came out correct my sons came out rare blood all in the plate. So he had to wait longer on his food and I didn’t eat at all just had mine removed. Cornelia longhorns is closer to us but we’ve always just got to Lavonia because of better service I was highly disappointed and upset about this especially because this is the first time my religious request was denied.

We went tonight and my husband & I both ordered Ribeye steaks, baked potatoes & salad. They were out of baked potatoes, baked sweet potatoes, so we ordered mashed potatoes. The salad was good. The potatoes were ok except for the horrible gravy on them. I don't know what that was. The steaks we got were not ribeyes. They were more like a bad sirloin steak. The service was not great, no lemon for the iced tea. Asked for it twice. We informed Chris of our bad meal, but nothing was said. Our fault, should've asked for the manager. Won't be going back for awhile.
