Got drive thru and the lady at the window who was older, had a pinkish purple phone case, and a watch didn’t even look at me when handing me my food and when she did it was the wrong order. I told her and instead of apologizing she just said “of course it is” then she yelled at some other workers before handing me my food without saying thank you or sorry. As long as you don’t get this person you’ll have a good experience

I accidentally made my mobile order for the counter instead of the drive through, realized once I got to the speaker. Any other time I’ve done something similar at a McDonald’s (or other fast food), I’ve had to park & go wait inside much longer for my order- staff today said no problem, we got you, and I was back on the road within 2 minutes. Thanks for making it work.

People in there are slow and slow mentally
They need to learn how to run a business. I think they don’t know what emails are so give them an extra minute when you’re in there.
