Take out ordered online: I got the meatlovers flatbread and yummy. It was so good. Pizza hut crust is always greasy but this wasn't. Crusty, soft and fresh, not greasy at all. The best thing I've had from pizza hut in 15 years. The customer service was good. The atmosphere here is just sad. It's clean enough but just looks so abandoned and neglected. It feels like such a dismal place, dark and way outdated. No one eats in here, it's all take out and delivery as a I can tell. I live locally and drive by it several times a day. It looks like the only vehicles I see in the parking lot belong to the staff, same vehicles day after day.

The manager Jacob was very very rude and disrespectful to his employee only because he was in training and asked a question for us about a special, which we didn't get to enjoy because Jacob refused service when he was addressed how rude he was being to his employee while in front of customers... Will never go back as long as he is working

We spent the day with our son’s family during their vacation.We ordered pizza for all.I will say Little Caesars would have been better,and would have tasted better.I would never order from here again.Its probably been 20 years since we’ve had Pizza Hut pizza and now we know why.Little Caesars is Definitely the BEST!!!!
We put in a delivery order for a pizza to arrive around 6:45 this evening. First, it would not confirm the order and customer service was entirely unhelpful. Then, our delivery time kept getting pushed back for nearly an HOUR until we got a text saying they’d canceled our order altogether. NEVER ordering from this location again. Completely ridiculous.

Pizza was doughy. Cheese sticks were dry. The order was right and the chicken was good. All in all a pretty disappointing experience.

Called from Virginia to have a pizza delivered to my senior Aunt in Lavonia. She had volunteered all day at Habitat for Humanity and was very tired. The staff were very accommodating and i really appreciate it. She was surprised and thrilled to have dinner delivered. Thank you so much!?
