This place just gets worse and worse!! It needs to be shut down at this point. I have gave it several chances but will never eat there again. The only time it was decent was a month or so ago and this little girl was running it all by herself but even then they are always out of meatballs and other items. Tonight I ordered on the app and checked everything that I wanted on the sub: toppings, cheese, bread, etc and it was absolutely the worse sub that I've ever eaten..The bread was wrong, it wasn't toasted, no cheese, and I think one slice of onion, and 3 olives and they were out of pickles ( I don't know why they can't stock the items needed to make the sandwiches) I ended up feeding it to the dog.

They always don’t have anything you want and advertisement is faulty. Never updates menu. And with my fiancé at home she wanted a sub and was met with the same thing they have told us for many months that they don’t have the same ingredient over and over again

We ordered online and waited the 20 minutes they estimated to pick up our order. When we arrived the only employee, James, was sitting outside smoking directly next to the front door watching videos on his phone. My car filled with his cigarette smoke, which was probably the least unpleasant part of the visit.
James was so busy relaxing and smoking outside, he never noticed our order come in. He offered to make the order but I wasn't interested anymore, mostly because he didn't wash his hands after touching his phone, his cigarette, his mouth, and the door handle before walking over to the line.
When we asked for a refund he raised his voice and said he didn't know how to process a refund but said again that he would make the sandwiches. I'm immune compromised and couldn't risk eating food made by someone with his obvious lack of hygiene.
After a half dozen or so bad experiences with this store failing to fill app orders and waiting days to weeks for a refund, I wasn't going through that again and asked him to call the GM. Things were less than friendly with James at this point and the GM heard him cuss at us over the phone and threaten to call the police because we were asking for a refund for the food he was too busy smoking to make.
Your mileage may vary, but I can do without Subway until I'm near another store.

The ladies that work at this particular subway go above and beyond with their kindness and customer service . The restaurant was in immaculate shape , they were fast ,friendly and very efficient. You subway guys well girls really the guys are kinda rude are awesome,keep up the hard work!!!!!’

Visited mid afternoon on a Saturday. Possibly after a lunch rush. Somewhat untidy, (table near door left unwiped, steak on counter, drink station littered with trash, ranch and salt/pepper unstocked) but functional. 2 staff members available that appeared to work well together.

The young boy and girl that worked at 5pm on April 2 2025 are the most rude and unprofessional customer service representative ever 💯 the lettuce and other vegetables are old looking and wilted and they charge you for a sandwich made a way to your liking that you are supposed to (in every subway ever used before) are able to watch the person make the sub you requested the way you requested but they have it blocked off so you can't see..Handle your bread without gloves on and wouldn't have put gloves on if I didn't say anything..Very nasty counter for food prep and very very rude..DEFINITELY A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT AND HAS TO BE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SUBWAY OR ANY OTHER RESTAURANT EVER..PLEASE DEFINITELY DON'T EAT ANYTHING FROM SUBWAY IN LAVONIA GA 💯💯💯

They are always out of everything. Every other restaurant app will have it on the app that there out. Not wait til you show up and be like is this ok? Like no give me money back. Your a sub sandwich shop how do you run out of lettuce tomatoes pickles and cheese. I hate subway anyways but it’s inconvenient and unprofessional.
