Waffle house never fails to satisfy. We come here when we are in town. The food is always consistent, and the atmosphere is of a homey diner. Our service was ok, but things kept getting forgotten and we had to send the server back for more parts of our order several times.
Vegetarian options: My vegetarian partner loves to eat here. Not a huge menu of vegetarian options, but much of the menu is non-meat, like grits, hash browns, pancakes, and more.
Kid-friendliness: We brought our 1 year old and they had a high chair for us and offered to help us get situated with her. We (4 adults) declined, as we had it covered :D
