SWANNIE ROCKS THAT GRILL !!! She definitely knows how to cook a steak !!! Awesome sense of humor. GIVE HER A RAISE !!! She needs to be in management. I noticed that about her. She truly cares for her customers.

My family visited this waffle House when it was not very busy. We were greeted by Ava immediately when we sat down. She served our drinks and our food order promptly. The coffee was fresh. Ava was also sweet and kind. This Waffle House was clean and seemed well taken care of. This is a good stop if you're on 85 through Lavonia.

So let me tell you, the cook ( Benjamin)was a total jerk to the employees and loud enough to for everyone to hear it. First he burnt most the food and when sent back he said â If I didnât have to cook for so many people then things wouldnât get burntââŠ. There are like 3 tables in here. And then shook his head, slammed things down on grill and made many comments to the waitress like it was her fault that HE burnt the food! He made her tear up. If you donât like your job leave but this was borderline harassment and he made a very hostile work environment. Not okay

If I could give 0 stars I would. We (4 people) walked in at 8:20pm. It took about 8 minutes to get drinks and then another 10 minutes for our orders to be taken. Half of our food came at 9:05pm and it wasn't even the correct food. We never got the other half of our food and at 9:25 we decided to leave. We went to the register and asked for the manager and he was AWESOME. We told him what was wrong and he told us he would handle it and take care of the tickets so we could leave. Terrible customer service (except the manager), wrong food, long wait, and the food we did get was either burnt or tasted weird.
5 star because my grits were cold and they were kind and fixed my mistakes shay at this waffel house is a awsome server
