Been sitting at the drive up speaker for 5 minutes. The line in front of me hasn’t moved. It’s now been over 10 minutes and still don’t have my food. Skip it if you’re in a hurry

A very underwhelming experience. Burgers are what you would expect for a fast food restaurant. I wouldn't really say theyre any better than any other fast food place. I did like the added selection of toppings that aren't available at other places like avacodo, sliced jalapenos, and two different kinds of cheese. The dining room was a little unkempt and there were no napkins in the dispenser for quite some time. Service was adequate.

In the daylight hours, things are pretty good! Food is hot, service In timely manner, orders are correct. However, when the sun goes down, thiquite opposite opposite. The food is lukewarm, orders are incorrect, the service is terrible, employees are almost rude! I had one person tell me there were no onions on my sandwich. I got hot and rebuttal Loudly. Of course this was after the sun went down. There is no point in you should never argue with customers!! (Or at least it was when I was a manager!!).After sunset, there is at least one or more mistakes with orders, possibly three or four!! The food is always cool or barely warm. Compared to daylight hours the food was actually steaming hot!! During daylight hours Employees seem to jumping up and down to service you. Unfortunately, I seem reluctant to utilize the restaurant after the sun goes down. The restaurant's clean, neat & organized during sunlight hours. However, when sunset comes, it almost nasty, unorganized. Paper on the floor, dirty tabes(I am not taking about 1 or 2- it's the whole restuarant!!), employees are very sow to get your order and then bring it out or yell your name!! I hope this helps.
Dietary restrictions: No sugar, No caffeine, hold the chocolate. My granddaughter can't have these. There is no soda that she can drink. More children menus!! Bring some Sprite zero, diet root beer and some sort of lemonade!
Kid-friendliness: See above. Most parents would tell you the same!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheel chair friendly. Low counters, wide frames. However what is not wheel chair friendly is the kiosk for ordering and payment.

For my first time eating here idk what I was expecting I guess but however I received everything I didn't. My Fries were cold, my burger was ordered just ch, must,kup heavy pickles smh what I got when home was a burger with everything on it sad part is I'm allergic to onions and being diagnosed with diverticulitis I'm not allowed to eat lettuce or tomatoes so thanks whatever bugger for a meal I'll be going without tonight ?
They're food was very good I will going back to eat there next

Honestly was nothing special about burger the patty was cold and I had to ask for utensils or straws, cup tops, sauces I ordered . It just seemed like everyone was going through the motions. It was my 1st time eating at Whataburger and I was left underwhelmed .
