Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went before 9 o'clock and they wouldn't serve me; they said they had already closed.

Zaxby’s in Lavonia Ga has really declined with the food and the service. The past few times I have eaten there the service and the food was not satisfactory. It will be a very long time before I even try to eat there again.

We stopped by here while traveling. We were told we could only get it to go because they were closing at 8:45. There were four in our group and the cashier seemed annoyed that we all ordered something. One meal was completely wrong but we were forced to eat outside and the doors were locked behind us so it could not be corrected. The bread was awful but the chicken was fine. We were completely done eating by 9:00 when they were supposed to close. They were rude to the customers that came in after us and would not take their orders.

No egg rolls, no slaw in 2 Asian salads. Mgr offered 2 chicken strips to sub for 4 missing egg rolls. Did not get them, but some fried chicken was added to grilled salad.
Had to ask for missing dressing. Window clerk was rude. Tiniest $13 salad ever. Never again Zaxbys!

Water and tea tasted like mold. Chicken sandwich was stale.

Food was alright but the drinks tasted like DIRT! Tried the tea and soda and both were undrinkable. I went to the bathroom and while in there an employee flushed and walked out of the stall and directly out the door without washing her hands. When we got back out she was the one PUTTING FOOD ON TRAYS. We will never come here again.

We went through the drive thru on 11/20/25 . At 11: 45 am. Place on order it was $20. 28. Wife left card there at Zaxbys. There was another order on the card for $12.48. And also we bought something from Starsship in Vegas. Some one from Zaxbys used our card . We reported it to our Bank for Fraud. The stop payment. Be careful on using your bank card there

No call in orders and 10 minute prep time make for difficult to ordering.

I stopped by the Zaxby’s drive-thru around 8:30 p.m., and the experience was unacceptable. The employee at the window actually threw my drink at me instead of handing it properly. I was shocked at how rude and careless that was. Mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for treating customers that way.
Management really needs to address this kind of behavior
I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.

Picked up chicken tenders for dinner to go with our fresh lettuce and salad stuff at home.

These two cashiers served me at the window. One sexy Justin Bieber looking lumberjack guy, and a funny plus size queen. They were hilarious, they made my day. My mom died two weeks ago and I felt sudden joy from these two happy fast food workers. All the money I spendt was worth it for my 8 kids.This was a couple days ago but the memory stays in my mind. I will always go to this Zaxby's, even if I'm 100 states away. Zaxby's forever ❤️

The workers were not friendly and my boneless wings were mostly batter the fries were cold and the bread was cold. They no longer have caffeine diet coke
