Im actually quite upset. This Zaxbys is usually really good but for a while now they’ve sucked. Tonight, I ordered a kicken chicken sandwich and fries with EXTRA seasoning. I have NO EXTRA seasoning. And there’s NO sauce on my kicken chicken sandwich. Very disappointed and after this I will be going to a different zaxbys. My advice: hire different kitchen staff.

Order chicken tacos and we're kinda all over the place but delicious.

Ordered classic frozen lemonade looking forward to a good lemonade. Mix was way off... almost metallic tasting. Ended up not drinking it. Waste of money and really disappointed. Lemonade would have gotten a 1 today.

I'm a former employee and in my opinion I was illegally let go for a no show no call when I requested off 3 weeks prior to a DR appointment called the morning of appointment and next day was let go for the no show no call I have phone records to prove never was out or late alsoy opinion did not pay for hours i worked. Michael Allan Wilson this is strictly my opinion from my experience working their not all supervisors are bad there is one named A WABBY who is very awesome MICHAEL ALLAN WILSON ?

This zaxbys is terrible. Waited over 30 minutes for our food with a toddler. No changing tables in the bathroom so had to go back to the car. I would never recommend this Zaxbys to anyone.

Was going to order Potato chip platter online on the app but i called to ask a question about it and apparently they don’t make it at this location which i have ordered it before from this location.

update your app letting folks know certain foods are for certain locations.

you did away with the potato chip platter, Caesar salad and the original club sandwich on toast. Zaxbys keeps coming up with reason why i shouldn’t waste my money on you guys.
