Quality wise the food is 5 stars. I just think its a tad pricey. I ordered the braised short rib, which is one of the pricier items on the menu at $34. The price would have been perfect at $29/$30 for the portion size. It tasted amazing, and melted upon the first bite. The sweet tea was high quality, and I got what I paid for with regards to the dessert. My bill before the tip was like $54, so if you don't buy the most expensive item, you are likely to be in the $30-$50 per...
The food was exceptionally flavorful the birria tacos were a standout, and the salmon with cauliflower purée was perfectly prepared. The owner and staff were remarkably generous and polite, adding a personal touch that made the dining experience truly outstanding.
