This is the worst location ever. I placed an order in the drive-thru. They told me to park and they would bring my food out to me. After waiting more than 10 minutes we went inside to inquire about our food only to find out they hadn't even started making the food. We finally got our food only to drive off and realize the food was cold. What kind of establishment is this? I will never be back to this location.

I have been to the location several times and almost every time I have gone they never let me in. I just left the location because all the employees told me that they were not open when all they were doing was sitting at a table and eating local food. so I had to go to another location since they didn't want to serve me there.

Only 4 workers were working and we couldn't get what we wanted and the woman was taking our order the same time she was taking someone insides order. We gave up and decided on going to the Burger King in Winder closer to home. We were trying to get take out. My aid even went in and was in there for some time then she came out and said let's go someplace else because all they had was 4 people trying to do everything.

I was so patience & kind despite the nonchalant & unprofessional attitude of the workers. The lady kept with red hair kept yelling at her team. The man was scratching his head then putting food in my bag. The red hair lady in the front was eating a French fry then goes to organize our food in the bag. NEVER ONCE DID THEY WASH THEIR HANDS!!!! I guess Burger Kind does not make their employees take a food safety/cross contamination class. Disgusting. The machine was FLAT of all drinks. Even the minute made lemonade tasted like water … lastly, seems like sewer water leaked. They surely did not bother mopping I guess just fly the doors open. 0/0 . HEALTH CODE VIOLATION WASTED MONEY IN FOOD. I KNOW EVERYONE NEEDS TO MAKE A LIVING BUT I WISH THEY WOULD JUST QUIT IF THEY DONT WANT TO BE THERE. IF you’re going to do your job do it correctly. Common sense is not that common clearly.
