Closest Burger King to me and I’ve always gotten my food quick and have never had issues with my service in the drive through.
I want to congratulate Kareem for his excellent service. I don't speak English, but he helped me communicate, and it's rare to find such friendly service.
Just one thing. I walked up to order. Two employees look me in the eye. Neither one of them said a word. No welcome to Burger King. No I will be with you in just a minute. Totally off putting. The whole transaction was off putting. I felt as if it was a imposition for them to wait on me.
Burger King is known for its burgers but has recently improved its service and cleanliness. Customers have praised the staff for their kindness, especially the young girl named Kennadi and the general manager, who go beyond in helping customers. The location is now recognized for its cleanliness, thanks to the efforts of the staff, including Erica, the shift manager. The restaurant was recently renovated under new management, and the staff, like Jasmine and Mikhya, continue to provide excellent customer service. Customers have noticed faster service and better overall experience, especially during busy times, with hot food served quickly. The store has transformed from being dirty to a welcoming spot where good service enhances the dining experience. Customers are happy to return, especially when the night crew is on duty.
