I Went At 8PM. All The Lights Were Shut Off Causing Me To Drive Past The Place. The Signs Were Off & The Building Lights Were Off. I Ordered A CAESAR Salad, No Cheese, No Croutons. I Get To My Job To Work My 9PM-7AM Shift & There’s BACON All In The Bottom Of My Salad. Who Puts Bacon In A Chicken Caesar Salad? My Chicken Was Cold & Hard. Worst $8 I Ever Spent On A Stupid, Terrible Salad. I Usually Always Get The Same Salad But This Was Just All Wrong.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has friendly staff and courteous employees with great personalities. The food is hot and fresh, and the best food ever had at any Zaxby's. Service is awesome, with staff accommodating a toddler. The assistant manager happily fixed a missing cheese bites order. Service was available at the drive thru, and employees took orders on an iPad to keep the line moving. The food was good and did not take long to fill the order correctly. It has a kids menu and wheelchair accessibility with ramps. Compared to Chick Fil A’s, Zaxby’s are a notch lower, but not bad. The restaurant does have seasoned fries, which is a minus for some.
