Carniceria La Perla

This had always been my place to go for meat and Mexican products, until the last time by mistake they charged me wrong for the meat, the bad thing is that I threw away the ticket and called on the phone to tell them what happened, and a very very lady attended to me. Despotic and rude, she hung up on me implying that I wanted to make an invalid claim, I went for 10 lbs of pork ribs and they charged me for them at $5.79 a pound when in reality they were $3.79, I think that the guy at the butcher shop pressed the wrong button and pressed another one, and I didn't pay attention because I was already late, already at home my brother told me "they gave you a hard time" that's when I realized the mistake but now I had thrown away the ticket, what bothered me the most was the attitude of that woman who is in charge, I have not returned to La Perla since then, I already found another place to do my shopping and it is around the corner from where I used to go, they lost a customer every week...

They have a lot of diversity of things, everything is very delicious, they have Colombian products and many more... Delicious taqueria, very friendly and respectful people, they have all kinds of services, even home delivery.

On one side you have the restaurant and in the other it's a grocery store! The food is delicious for the right price also!! The grocery store is perfect and very convenient! Service is excellent treated with respect.

Every time I go the store is very clean and organized. The meats look fresh in the butcher shop. On my last trip I could hardly find any mango juice and the lady at the register went to look for me, taking the ones from the newly arrived boxes. Really very good service. They would be appreciated!

Kid-friendliness: My son asked for change and the lady that works there a big Mexican lady that walks around doing nothing with a walkie-talkie.. he was trying to tip the girls from the restaurant but she told my son to tell your dad to go down the street to get change!! WTF!!! No customer service or anything!! Super RUDE!!

Food generally is quite delicious. Though my selection is very limited. Their Birria pizza is very tasty. Also the stir fried beef combo dinner (fried with hot dogs and mixed vegetables; with a side of re-fried beans) is always a safe choice, especially if you are not quite familiar with Mexican entrées. The only downside is that the ambience is not what you get in a regular dine in restaurant. Basically it is a walk thru into an adjacent grocery store, with tables placed in the food court to encourage dine in.

Parking: Very busy lot, sometimes you may have to take an unconvienant walk from the other side of the building.
