Super quick, and very friendly service! The food was delicious and hot even after a 30-40min drive home due to location. They also didn't short me on the amount of meat like some places or other chipotles do! Yum?

They need to change their whole staff. I went in on Monday April 15 at 6:34pm and I was standing there for some time waiting for them to ask me what to get but he was just talking to the other employee and not even paying attention to us. I asked for a veggie bowl so I would get veggies he gave me like two pieces of veggie so I asked for more and he was like “that’s all we have and we’re barely cooking right now” with an attitude..what do you mean barely cooking??? Obviously because no one is doing their job and just chatting.

Why open until 11pm & out of food by 10:30? This is my third time coming to this location around 10:30pm & couldn’t be serviced. First visit, the employee made my food but it wasn’t until I got ready to pay, she tells me they are only accepting credit/debit. (Couldn’t get my food)second visit I made it at 10:15pm they said they were nearly out of everything( couldn’t get any food). Third visit they didn’t have any RICE, corn, veggies, or queso. Not to mention the prices are always different each visit and i ALWAYS get the same thing each visit ! The drink machine was also down. The employees are rude, there’s no greeting upon walking in. Everyone just looks as if they hate their job. The only reason I come to this location is because I work close by…

the burrito tasted FIRE but the tea had to be made with pool water or something because it tasted so bad. like straight chlorine. it could have also been toilet water. next time I'll just get the burrito.?

I don't eat fast food much due to so many food allergies. I woke up from surgery wanting Chipotle. I came in to get 2 burritos. I noticed the food line cihnter had food particles on it, some of which included things I was allergic to, so I asked the woman making my burritos the put 2 pieces of foil so that my burritos where not touching the counter as she dragged it across to add items. The employee (LESLIE) told me no she won't do that. I explained why I wanted it done and she told me I could leave. The other employees themselves looked appalled and even offered me her name as she had on no name tagged and refused to give me her name when i asked, but they did not step in to make it right. I drove the 8 minutes up 316 to the sugarloaf location. Requested 2 foil pieces again. Got no push back. Was even asked if the foil placement was OK. I did not have to explain why I needed double foil nor was I asked. LESLIE at the Duluth highway location needs more customer service training. Her behavior was disgusting.I will not recommend this location. Drive to the one on sugarloaf Parkway. It's worth the additional time. I live in Dacula and I will never return here. Will pass it every time to now go to the sugarloaf Chipotle. There was no line at the Duluth highway location when I visited. Sugarloaf location was packed and the employee there still took time out to meet my needs and provide excellent customer service.

This is the worst run Chipotle in the state of Georgia. Rude manager. The employees are obviously terrified of her. Drive down to Sugarloaf or go to a different one. There's a Moe's and a Willie's right there. You'd think they'd want to compete but this location is a complete joke.

I'm very upset with the Chipotle restaurant on 860 Duluth Highway I did an online order for delivery and got two bowls and the extra side of queso.I spent a lot of money did not get my queso barely any rice like a pinch of rice no vegetables that I ordered in my bowl piss me off so much I can't even eat it and it's sad cuz the food is really good but I'm upset about my order that I spent a lot of money for and when I called to speak with somebody I can't even talk to a human being. Food is good customer service is ok just don't order online
I ordered the Carne Asada tacos. The Carne Asada was little chunks of.tough meat. Way too tough and no where near what the commercial shows. Also ordered the kids meal, carne asada quesadilla with black beans(unseasoned), and a spoonful of brown rice Where are (nothing to write home about here). Included was a tiny mandarin which probably had the best taste of anything in the order. I asked for a small container of fresh chopped jalapenos and was told, “we don’t do that”. Never again will I go to a Chipotle. And definable would not recommend this location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place charged extra for having the chili salsa on side which has never happened to me before at any other Chipotle. The food was super sour, not sure if something was spoiled or just too much lime/lemon was added but it did not taste like Chipotle’s usual flavor. The prices are a bit higher than other locations nearby. Do yourselves a favor and drive to the Suwannee Chipotle to get a better meal and service.
