This place does a great job and the people are so very friendly. But please for the love of God double toast when people ask it ruins the experience when I bite into a chewy bagel please please please double toast when I asked I don’t care if it’s busy that’s why I’m waiting. That’s why I’m paying please double toast.
Perfect chorizo sunrise bagel! Too often a chorizo sunrise bagel comes to you overloaded and a complete mess! Our bagel specialist Chirsten made us two delicious bagels! The chorizo sunrise had the enough ingredients to be tasty and nutritious while maintaining the correct consistency and chew. My host's apple cinnamon bagel was fresh and tasty and my hot chai latte was on point as well. My best Einsteins visit of the year. Skip the others and give them a try!
This location has never disappointed, always great service but today Amanda went above and beyond normal service. She superseded my expectation for customer service and showed kindness that I much appreciated. Thank you.
