Placed an order which wasn't delivered. I was out of the country and couldn't really follow-up until my return. I found out I had the NE and NW mixed up. My order was delivered, but we don't know who to! They were so kind to redo the whole order and personally delivered it. This is amazing customer service! Wow! Now, we all love Crumble cookies, but the customer service is why I’m writing a review. I had a situation where I some how on accident duplicated my order. Ms. Cindy looked into the situation, showcased empathy, made sure to cancel the order and explained the refund timeframe. Thank you Cindy for such EXCELLENT customer service. I make a lot of trips to Georgia for business and I will continue to utilize this location.

One of my favorite crumble locations! I normally go in the afternoon after work for a treat. It's always clean and the workers are always friendly. Their employee Wendy is always quick to greet me and ask if I need assistance. Overall great cookies and great service!
