The girl taking our order tonight around 7:30pm was wearing large headphones where you can actually hear the music blasting. Kept having to repeat our order and makes it worse cause she’s laughing I don't know if at me or cause she’s messing up. Unprofessional and rude.

Went in for dinner about 40 minutes to closing. We ordered, flipped 2 chairs over to sat and eat. Opened our chips and waited on the sandwiches. When we got the subs we were told we couldn't eat inside a the lobby was closed. Open for another 30 minutes according to the signage. The lady behind the counter wasn't the nicest person. We pack up and heading out the door we encounter a man headed in and informed him not to bother going in. Moments later he comes out and confronts us. We asked if he's a manager and he said he was. He has a tear drop tattoo under his eye, real tough guy. Trying to intimidate us as a manager. It was obvious he wanted to fight in the parking lot and told us never to come back. Don't worry about that tough guy we won't.

took 20+ mins to get the food when i was the only person in the restaurant; ordered only two subs. staff was unprofessional, rude and very unwelcoming. if you are thinking about going to this location, save yourself the trouble and DON'T. This location just needs to close - it has been this way for too long.

We went in for the Veterans Day special offer. The person taking our order didn't identify the special, there was Zero signage advertising the special. When we place our order, the employee did not tell us that our order did not meet the requirements of the special and moved on to the next customer. If Firehouse Subs does not want to honor Veterans, don't say that you do. I will not be returning.

The food is always good but when I just placed a delivery order, I didn't receive half of my order. I tried calling multiple times and never got an answer. Quite disappointed this time.

The cashier was so rude! First I tried to order the BOGOF hook and ladder medium sub and she said I needed to order online or the app..I ordered on the app and asked if there was code. She said rudely it was on the T-Mobile app..nothing on here says you have to have T-Mobile ..by the way she said she didn’t care if I sang or whatever ..she clearly doesn’t want to be there

I just wish they would put a pickle in my bag when I order it. When ever I order from Uber eats they short me on the pickle , pisses me off that's what I look forward to the best .
Too many workers on their phones and ear buds having conversations instead of working, the management needs to implement no ear buds and focus on working and making sandwiches .

Do not go here wrong sandwich no pickle after I repeated my self 3 to 4 times just to make sure where is this manager your employees are bad at their job Lawrenceville does not deserve this I'm disappointed
