Absolutely terrible service. And I mean terrible I would go as far as to say this is the worst service I’ve ever received at any restaurant, Maybe even any establishment.

The woman upfront was incredibly rude During my order and while I tried to sit down and order to charge my phone. She proceeded to tell me I’m cleaning here and yelled at me in front of the whole restaurant. I told her I’m sitting here.
Anyway. While I was ordering was absolutely being a geeker. And I mean a real geek. Actually, I think I deserve a full refund matter for how I was treated. Maybe even compensation for my mental

I had an excellent experience here today. The best part of it was the young man who waited on me named Jacob. He embodied what customer service is all about, which unfortunately is lacking these days most places. His boss was busy at the time so I couldn’t tell him, but I hope that if you guys see this that you see what an asset Jacob is to the store

October 2025. I bought 5 burgers and the burger meat quality has gone way down, I found little bones in the meat and the flavor is not there anymore. Fries and peanuts are still good.

I love Five Guys! The burgers are always on point and the fries are the best! HOWEVER, our stop in Lawrenceville GA, at I-85 exit 115, was a quick order and get back on the road. Back on the road, we opened the bag with French fries and found the fries hot but so salty, I used a napkin to scrape off the excess salt. I like a salt on my fries but this order exceeded my daily sodium allowance! And going back to the store to ask for less salty fries was not possible. So, if Five Guys (everywhere) would cut back on the salt added on fries orders, it would be good for everyone and think of the profit you could make using less salt.
