I had an excellent experience here today. The best part of it was the young man who waited on me named Jacob. He embodied what customer service is all about, which unfortunately is lacking these days most places. His boss was busy at the time so I couldn’t tell him, but I hope that if you guys see this that you see what an asset Jacob is to the store
My husband and I went on a lunch date at Five Guys in Lawrenceville and it was beyond my expectations! The service was exceptional—super friendly and fast. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And the fries? Hands down the best I've ever had—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. We had a great experience and will definitely be back
Five Guys in Lawrenceville is top-notch! Despite their internet being down, we received great service from Jacob and the team, who was amazing! Our food was great, and the service was prompt. We enjoyed our lunch date sitting outside in the beautiful weather. Highly recommend!
