Pre ordered and tried to prepay but the website wouldn’t let me. Called last week to confirm of this would be an issue. Was told it wouldn’t. Waited in line for 45 mins just for them to send me to the back of the line with the walk ins. What is the point of pre ordering… and seriously ridiculous. Overpriced with terrible customer service.

They must fix the thanksgiving line situation. Just sitting back and forcing people to wait over an hour for food they already paid for is ridiculous. And it’s been a problem for multiple years without improvement. Embarrassing.

There’s a cashier named Heliga (hope I spelled it correctly) she was so sweet and helpful. Her customer service skills are 10 out of 10. I’m so grateful for employees such as her when I go into a store.

Thank you Alan for your help. Atmosphere I gave 1 star because the manager was rude! I understand the lines are crazy but she literally touched me to question me. No pleasantry’s at all. Customer service matters.

The inside is as small and boring as a monk's sleeping quarters, but the service was fantastic. Very friendly staff and they delivered in regard to making my tavern club sandwich. Also, I got a ham salad to go. Premium ingridents and skillful hands made a fantastic lunch. Not deducting points for atmosphere, but if you are on a date, get it to go and go to a park or something.

I was not ready to know that Honey Baked Ham sold BBQ ribs, we got a slab and ate the whole thing ?. Sorry no picture but I was very hungry, if you go for the ham don't forget the ribs.

Ham is always on point! I like that they have many different side dishes and desserts. I see they offer ham sliders now as well...definitely have to try! Lots of parking.

For Christmas dinner, we always go to Honey Baked Ham! We had never been to this particular store and we will not be going back. It was a very small store! They had roped off the small area in front to make a total of 3 lanes.I am disabled and have to use a walker everywhere I go and it was really hard to maneuver. I would either be in the way for a customer or I would wind up knocking into a cooler case. At one point, I went to try and get into one of the lanes and my hand got scratched up by a display. I know the employees saw it happen and I shrieked because it surprised me, plus it hurt! No one even bothered to ask me if I was ok or if I needed a band aid to which I was a little annoyed about.We bought boneless ham, sliced turkey, mustard and a frozen Mac n Cheese. As always the food was delicious and the family was very happy to have leftovers.From now on, we will be going to the store not far from us which is a very large store where there is plenty of room for any kind of disabled person to maneuver.
