Check the expiration, second time I received meat that has a used by date the next day. This meat is too expensive to not provide your customers quality ( freshness)!

Just a hot mess. Had to call as no one was at counter.
Ordered 2 roasted turkey sandwiches with NO honey mustard. Only 1 in bag when we got home. It had honey mustard on it when receipt even said Non. Thankfully only got charged for 1.
Will not be visiting again!
Then went to heat and no glaze packet included 😵‍💫

I had a lengthy wait due to the Christmas rush, which was no problem at all since the level of customer service I received from both the manager and the staff I interacted with was fantastic. Will definitely patronize this location in the future.

What a racket—- I ordered way in advance for a small boneless ham- when I get there they tell me they don’t have the smaller ham and upcharged me 10.00.

I had the worst experience at the Honey Baked Ham in Lawrenceville Suwanee Road! After ordering my ham online, I was u able to get the ham I had requested. According to the cashier, since I did t prepay, it was guaranteed. I explained to her that this was not stated when I reserved the ham so how was I supposed to know. The cashier that was waiting on me was very rude and unapologetic along with another cashier that seemed to repeat what the other one was saying. I have never experienced this before. In addition, I called The “corporate office” and supposedly the person who took my information submitted it to this particular store for the manager and/or owner to call me back. Sadly to say, no one has called me and. It’s been at least 3 weeks since I submitted my complaint. Where has happened to customer service!

Pre ordered and tried to prepay but the website wouldn’t let me. Called last week to confirm of this would be an issue. Was told it wouldn’t. Waited in line for 45 mins just for them to send me to the back of the line with the walk ins. What is the point of pre ordering… and seriously ridiculous. Overpriced with terrible customer service.

They must fix the thanksgiving line situation. Just sitting back and forcing people to wait over an hour for food they already paid for is ridiculous. And it’s been a problem for multiple years without improvement. Embarrassing.
