This place has GREAT customer service. My family and I were very impressed with our waiter and the other employees. The food was hot, exactly what we wanted and it all tasted GREAT. DEFINITELY recommend Hook & Reel!

The worst food I have ever had !! Service was awful and very unfriendly and the place was nasty dirty !!! I will never go there again !! For those of you that recommended this place ? please try a real seafood place !! Horrible !!!! I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THOS PLACE !! If there was a minus I’d give them -3

If you get Shay you’re in for an amazing server and bartender. Friendly, sociable, and gives the best recommendations. Food was amazing all because of her recommendation. And she knows how to make a drink! Definitely coming back, she made this visit so enjoyable.

The food and atmosphere were awesome. The crab in the seafood boil was cooked perfectly. The shrimp and crawfish were also delicious. The crab ball appetizer was very good too. Highly recommend this restaurant. Only downside it is very messy. Don't wear good clothes. ?

This was the first time I went to Hook & Reel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and well put together. The food was very good. I got a catfish po boy with sweet potato fries, and lobster bisque soup. If you are in for a good fried seafood place to eat this place is worth checking out. They do fried, and boiled foods. It is an average sized menu. It has a variety of choices but is not overwhelming in menu size euther.

Tried this place for the first time and can’t say enough wonderful things about the food as well as the service we received. Thank you to our wonderful waitress Natalie for the great service she provided and for the GM Reggie for making the best drinks! The oysters some of the biggest I have seen as well as the fried shrimp. I am not a big seafood person but I will definitely be eating here again!

The food was amazing! Price wasn’t bad at all for the amount of food you get. And Tina (bartender) was the best and most fun server we’ve had in a very long time!! We will be back!

Went here with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday, the experience was great. The food came out quickly after we ordered but tasted amazing. The staff was very friendly and our waitress Kenya checked on us regularly and made sure we were enjoying our time. I'll have to get a larger party and come back.

First time here, it's a fun experience with really great food. My wife and I both ordered seafood boils. I got the Blue Crab and Shrimp with sausage added. My wife got the Scallops and a Lobster tail with a hardboiled egg. The sauces are great, and the food was fresh, well seasoned and delicious. Service is excellent and the prices seem pretty on point with the quality. Only one word of caution: Be careful what clothes you wear here because things can get messy really fast. They provide bibs, gloves, an entire napkin dispenser, as well as wet-naps for a very good reason.
