I have ordered from this restaurant a couple of times and really enjoy the pizza. Considering I am from NYC my standards for pizza are pretty high but this has been pretty good.
However, today’s visit was horrible. I came in and ordered a large pepperoni pie and was told the wait would be about 25 mins. I wait into my car and come back in about 20 mins later. The young lady at the register who took my order looks at me flustered and tells me it will be about another 15mins. When I ask why it’s because she forgot to put my order in the kitchen. While this is annoying I say ok - mistakes happen. She signals my order is ready for me to take my pizza and realize when I get to my car they didn’t put pepperoni! Now I’m annoyed! I go back in and let her know. She goes to the kitchen and I hear her ask the staff in the back how much is a side order of pepperoni can we put it on the side? She comes back out with pepperoni in a cup. So I tell her this is not what I ordered, why can’t they add the pepperoni to the pie and let it cook into the pizza for a few mins. She takes my pie to the back and the staff gets upset. She made it seem like I no longer wanted pepperoni on the side now I want it on the pizza. So now I am coming off as difficult. I was really really patient today. But part of customer service is owing up to your mistake not just with the customer but with your colleagues as well because you gave them unnecessary extra work. I left so frustrated that I don’t want to bring my business back. But I know my kids love the pizza. Italian pie needs to do better.

I bought pizza and wings and my kids got sick because the wings were bad. Most probablu they were passed out.insted of selling those they should throw them away. It's sad because I use to like this franchise. Not returning

Its my taste of home. Being from up north I miss good pizza. This place is one of two of my go to places to get good pizza. Food, staff, and service are always great! The only thing I would change is the size of the wings,but the last time I ordered them they did seem to be a little bigger than they used to be! I will definitely be back!!

Only complaint is you don't see them make the pizzas, shock is kinda foul and disrespectful to pizza culture. Wouldn't fly in NY, real talk! But the pizzas was ok.

Amazing pizza and great service! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and everything was full of flavor. The staff was friendly and the place felt very welcoming. Definitely one of the best pizza spots I’ve tried — I will be coming back!

Heard all these amazing things about Italian Pie and how close to New York Pizza it is. We stopped in for lunch, and the girl at the counter didn't even acknowledge us. We picked up the menu and asked her if they sold salads? She didn't even answer us and just walked into the back and stay for a very long time. We can hear her back there laughing and talking to people. We decided to walk out. Then we stood in the parking lot trying to decide where else we were going to go for lunch and I saw her walk through and motion for me to come back in. We told her no thanks and walked out. I don't care how good pizza or how good the food is. First impression is everything and it wasn't worth it

I drive all the way from conyers to get my pizza from them. Do not get them mixed up with the one that’s on Centerville Highway! This is the closest I can get to New York Pizza and I swear it’s always fresh and I’ve never had a problem with them!

I got take-out at this restaurant. Their pizza is good, but for me their calzones are the best. Friendly staff and they are very accommodating for extra sauces and just any items you need to make your dining/take-out a great experience. Went to this restaurant 5 times(twice for pizza and three for their calzones)while visiting family in Snellville, Ga.
