Customer service is so important. I called in a to go order felt like I had to be defensive because the lady is so RUDE!!! I have ordered here several times but this time I had to write a review. I understand her English is limited but to provide good service kindness is key. I am debating never ordering again because of the rudeness by phone. I like to support local businesses, I typically tip on to go but no tip this time better service needed. Food is pretty tasty.

Ordered for the lunch take out. My food cold as obviously been cooked a while ago even thought I ordered the food 5 mins before picking up. The ragoons were extremely tuff and cold.

Really bad service. We went to Lin's for dinner, it was about 11 people. They were so much in a hurry to close. They did not bring out enough utensils. When we asked for utensils, the lady said we only need 2 more. We ordered a bowl of soup. They did not bring cups with soup so the soup got cold and was not good. The lady was taking our plates, cups before we were done eating and was trying to rush us out. We paid for the food and we could not even finish what was in our plates. Same happened with leftovers, she wanted to take them and people were still trying to eat. Also, the restaurant people brought pizza in and all of them were eating that across from us. The lady who was serving us was eating and trying to provide customer service. Overall it was a such bad experience, and the food was not that great either. I understand it was getting close to the closing time and they want to go home. But, they could have provided better services or told us they closing and not taking anymore customers so we could have gone some other restaurant and had great night. Me and my family came out of state and we definetely will not recommend this place.

Great food and service! We just moved to the area and needed a good local place. We tried Lin’s and were not disappointed! Lin’s chicken, Beef with snow peas, crab rangoon, and beef stick were all excellent.

Awful customer service. Ive been coming to this restaurant over ten years.The last few months service gets worse and worse.Today I went with my family.I was told I could not get two wings. Said I had to get egg rolls.Then I asked for clear broth soup I was told I could not get that either. Based on the fact I cannot get what iI was paying for I decided this will be my last time coming to this restaurant.My departments comes here frequently for going away parties. They also lost that business. I even paid for two cokes that I did not get to drink. Its a shame this place uae tio be pretty good. If you want good food and great service go to the Kani House in Buford.

So disappointed with how the service has declined in this establishment over the past few years . You had an amazing staff pre covid and after it has been nothing but a disappointment. We were regular customers, the servers and hostess knew my family . Now you have extremely rude and short waitresses who bark at customers and are far from what Lins was . The food is what keeps your business alive and that to me has even changed. If you are reading this to decide whether to eat at Lin’s or choose elsewhere if service is important , I would choose another establishment. So disappointed as this was a famiky favorite for MANY YEARS .
