So disappointed with how the service has declined in this establishment over the past few years . You had an amazing staff pre covid and after it has been nothing but a disappointment. We were regular customers, the servers and hostess knew my family . Now you have extremely rude and short waitresses who bark at customers and are far from what Lins was . The food is what keeps your business alive and that to me has even changed. If you are reading this to decide whether to eat at Lin’s or choose elsewhere if service is important , I would choose another establishment. So disappointed as this was a famiky favorite for MANY YEARS .

This is a favorite spot for a my family to eat. Since I have been joining them, the food has always been delicious. The flavors are abundant and portions adequate for the price. Food comes out fast and fresh. Recently, they've added fruit teas and the strawberry was amazing! The restaurant is cozy, staff friendly and there is always this cute little table of gifts that you can purchase from. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this exquisite cuisine.

I have been getting food here for 7 plus year! Love this establishment. The food tastes good and is worth the price. The only thing that has failed over the years is the shrimp. They used to be diligent in keeping it clean like all high end establishments. In the begging it would be clean, but over the years it became a hit or miss on them cleaning the digestive tract with the shrimp. Now it's just flat out not cleaned. I love my seafood but I cannot stand shrimp poop 😩

My family lives near this restaurant and I’ve often had takeout delivery from here. Now I’ve started getting a few dishes on my way home because their food is more authentic and tasty than what’s available near my home. I like to arrive a few minutes early so I can watch the food being prepared behind the large glass window. The service is very efficient. I really like that the spicy dishes are spicy enough and there are lots of tasty vegetarian options.

Ever since the new owners took over tho is place has gone down hill. I have been coming here for over 20 years since I was in high school! I never had a problem here or nasty attitude customer service until now. They act very rude when you ask for refills. No smiling faces like when Evelyn was there. I miss the old crew and owners. After 20 years of coming here, today will be my last day!

I’ve enjoyed coming to this place for over 10 years but ever since they have new people working there it’s been terrible. The food is still great I can’t complain about that but the service, they’re constantly on the phone, so rude, don’t check in on you. I asked about the thin noodles and they said “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. Instead of helping me find out what it was called on the menu. It’s been 5 times with terrible service, my family and I have decided not to return.

Ordered for 2 for lunch. Only one wonton soup was in order with only one wonton! Pineapple was spoiled in sweet and sour shrimp and inedible. After using this restaurant for almost 10 years I won’t be back. What a shame!

Their new system of texting though is a little strange because the link with the receipt you click to order more takes you to another restaurants website and it’s a Japanese restaurant. Pictures included, was thinking maybe they don’t know this is happening?
Ended up having to call to add something extra, but that was no problem and everything arrived perfect like always. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Lin’s Bistro. I was informed that I could no longer place orders due to not tipping for previous deliveries, an accusation that is both untrue and upsetting. When I called to express my concerns, I was hung up on three separate times, which only added to the frustration.
My family and I have supported this restaurant consistently for the past three years. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. On multiple occasions, I was promised a 30-minute delivery window, but my food didn’t arrive until an hour and a half later. One time, the fried rice was clearly old, and on another occasion, the duck was dry and inedible, which I called to report. The most recent experience involved my food being left at my door despite specific instructions not to do so.
To be denied service and blamed for not tipping when that is not the case is both unfair and unprofessional. I will be reporting this issue to the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, as this treatment is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
