So. This morning around 10 ish I placed a mobile for a sausage biscuit with hash brown and a coffee the food was good but the customer service when we pulled up to get the food the lady must of been having a bad day there was no communication she handed us the bad didn’t ask do you need jelly etc and we were gonna tell her to have a great day but we were afraid she was gonna get an attitude with us . When she asked us our code through the speaker we could tell she wasn’t happy...

Take this review with a grain of salt. This was my first time having McDonalds in 15 years so my experience would be different than most. Service was excellent and timely. Overall taste was lacking imo. The food tasted like play-play food. I only had a hash brown and flapjacks but there was no flavor and it just tasted “fake” and I’m sure this is not the fault of this particular franchise. After several orders for pickup thru the McDonald's app I feel confident in this rating they have not once yet followed the modifications if I ordered a bacon qtr without ketchup and mustard doesn't mean I only want a burger patty literally a burger patty on a bun is what I'm getting why would I have ordered the bacon qtr with cheese?... come on.... and if I ordered ahead on the app why am I still having to wait 10 mins when I get there....
