Food was definitely mediocre, nothing to rave about, nor is it worthy of a return. They give you toddler size portions, and the chicken was definitely burnt, n dried out. It was either over cooked, or been sitting in the steam warmer for too long without it being changed out. I had more beans on my plate than anything to make it look more fuller than what it was, with like 7 little pieces of chicken. Online it stated they were out of all the different sauces, once I went in the store to pick up, they had every sauce available on the self service bar. I’d rather go to Surcheros, or any other chain restaurant before I come back in patronize this establishment.

I think of myself as a very nice person; I try to be anyway. I never leave reviews for fear of harming a business because at the end of the day, it's just someone trying to make a buck and succeed. With that said, the Homewrecker burrito with Adobe chicken was the worst burrito I've had at any Moe's since 2008. I had to spit out 5 pieces because they were legit nasty; the meat was terrible. I know I could have paid $1 more for white meat, but not doing that shouldn't be a ticket to a terrible meal with terrible meat. The Adobe chicken was not cooked enough and to be honest, I wondered if I was eating chicken throughout. I'm genuinely concerned if how the meal will settle in my stomach. So, all that said, I hope they can solve the issue and begin to meet the "Moe's Standard". Until then, I'll be traveling down the road, up the road, miles away, if I want to have a Homewrecker Burrito.

I am so disgusted! Went to open my burrito and HAIR was in my food, they don’t wear hair nets. Those hats are not enough! I am very disappointed as I was on my lunch break. I didn’t even want a remake, I just got a refund. I will not be coming to this location again. Make sure you all are checking your food!! I was half way into my burrito .

All the reviews that say that they stingy with chicken & not accepting coupons are pretty accurate... Food is tasty, but we don't go that much anymore because we expect more than a tablespoon of chicken when we order a chicken burrito. Lol... wow.
Vegetarians may be in luck though.

I called them about an order from uber eats I ordered at 8:17. I called them and the man we close at 830 and we don’t have no uber eats order and said it in a rude way idk what yall have going on here but yall need a new manger. New everything and I didn’t get my drink I paid for

Absolutely horrible. Worst Moe's I have ever dined in. The cashier was a little fat lady with glasses was extremely rude. Apparently this location doesn't accept coupons or allow you to redeem rewards. The prices on the board doesn't match the price we were charged. Very stingy on the chicken. Then we tried to get refills and suddenly the machine is down. We will never return to this location. I suggest you find another one as well
