Best smoothies spot ever!!!

All I can say is WOW ! I’ve never been a smoothie person but this place has started my new journey ! When I walked in I was greeted kindly by two ladies . The owner I assume helped me pick out something I was sure to like according to my taste buds and I was not at all disappointed! I’ve never like smoothies but after today and my experience I think I have unlocked a new healthy habit ! I would recommend this place over any franchise smoothie place , truly and treat and you can taste the quality! I had the immune defense smoothie with added seamoss and it was nothing short of amazing!

So, happy to have a juice/smoothie bar in Lawrenceville. The tropical smoothie was amazing. You can also pick up some ready made Seamoss. Lastly, Mona is a gem.

Refreshed every time with the smoothies

Today we tried our 1st smoothie with sea moss at Natural Defense.They are delicious! I even tried my daughters (Mango Mania) and not sure which one I like the most, I wanted to drink them both! Lol!!! ??My smoothie is called Stress Defense ? The service was lovely we were welcomed with a big smile, prices are reasonable. Thank you so much Natural Defense Team!??

I believe I got the Island Oasis with coconut cream and it’s simply amazing ! The consistency is thick and creamy and the taste is naturally sweet and bright! The seamoss is a great addition, I can already feel it working! The owner was so sweet and her business was very clean! 10/10
