Worst Shift I’ve Experienced at Panda Express
I’ve been to this Panda Express plenty of times, and I’ve never experienced this one.
They didn’t have more than half the items available, which I get, your closing soon, however, unlike the other shifts, they will at least offer to make a fresh batch & ask if I’m willing to wait, this crew didn’t bother at all. No effort—nothing.
It was painfully obvious that their only focus was getting out the door as fast as possible, not providing any kind of customer service. Instead of taking care of customers who actually showed up before closing, I was just a bump of inconvenience in the way of them getting home faster.
Really disappointing experience, especially when other shifts at this exact location have gone above and beyond. This one? GOT TO DO BETTER.

Customer service could be better. Super slow. It makes no sense how long the wait time is especially for delivery pickups. They don’t offer a drink for the extended wait. Most times they tend to the walk ins placing the orders faster than they do the delivers that are picking up. Dine in or take out. No drive through

Yessi is very cheap on the size of the portions she gives. Watch out for her if you go there. Truly unfortunate considering I visit this location often.

Busy time, but replenishing entrees and sides in a timely manner was lacking. It tooks 10 minutes (told it would be 5) for my entree item, but then I had to wait 3 more for my chow mein. One employee took pity on me and offered a free drink:)

They have roaches it’s the third time I come to this place and roaches in the dinning area the problem is they want to open up and start cooking rather than take care of the roach problem they have every single time I’ve seen a roach I threw my food out . Never again coming back . It’s time this location paid for good extermination for inside and outside their restaurant.

I stopped by Panda Express to try their new Buldak Chicken collab, and it did not disappoint! The flavor was bold and delicious. The staff here was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. When I asked about their in-house lemonade tea, one of the workers offered to let me sample all of them so I could be sure of my choice—and I’m glad I did because I ended up choosing something completely different.
They paid attention to every detail, even asking if I wanted specific sauces with my meal. While I was eating, another staff member came around to see if I needed extra condiments and even mentioned that we could fill out a survey regardless of whether we liked the service (which I definitely did!). Overall, the service was FANTASTIC and really made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
