I stopped by Panda Express to try their new Buldak Chicken collab, and it did not disappoint! The flavor was bold and delicious. The staff here was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. When I asked about their in-house lemonade tea, one of the workers offered to let me sample all of them so I could be sure of my choice—and I’m glad I did because I ended up choosing something completely different.
They paid attention to every detail, even asking if I wanted specific sauces with my meal. While I was eating, another staff member came around to see if I needed extra condiments and even mentioned that we could fill out a survey regardless of whether we liked the service (which I definitely did!). Overall, the service was FANTASTIC and really made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Failure to follow instructions!!! I ordered on door dash for delivery because I just got out the ER and need to eat right away and unable to drive and they brought the wrong thing! I ordered bejing beef and orange chicken and I don’t know what this is in my box. This truly pissed me off. And when I called they are gonna ask me if I want to come in to get it exchanged! If I could come in, I wouldn’t have ordered for delivery in the first place. Very disappointing!

The wait was waaay too long! The line was pretty long, wrapped around 1/2 the restaurant, very limited space for more than 30-40 customers. The 1 entrée i wanted, was practically empty, and when I asked if/when it would be replenished, she didn't even respond, just stood there waiting for me to select something else, which was very rude! Either kitchen was moving too slow, or they needed extra cooks! So, I had to order something I really did not want, and pay $12.00 for a small bowl of mostly partially fried rice with very few peas & carrots & teeny tiny egg pieces. They were not very friendly, either, a pretty crappy Mother's Day meal for me and my grandson. 😒
Food is always consistent and good here and shoutout to Karla for always being attentive. I haven't been in a while and dont know if she still works here though

I ordered two types of chicken, rice and chown main and they did not send the proteins, I called and the operator only says that they are not available, I called Grubhub and they only said that they could return the $6.62 because the rest had arrived, they must check the dishes before sending them, what a bad experience
