There were 3 people working when I was there. Only one person working on the front counter doing everything, they didn't even heat up the pizza ( of course not cause then everyone will have to wait longer) And I saw this lady worker just talking in the kitchen and doing nothing, while customers are line up. The corporate need to know this.

They barely heat up my slice of NY cheese. I already ate some so they probably wouldn't put it back in the oven. And baked Ziti is 8.99? Crazy. Just got the slice.

Sbarro is hands down one of my favorite pizza places. Some of the best tasting pizza I can find in Georgia, almost as good as authentic New York pizza. Pricey, but so good.

Absolutely terrible customer service, a simple pepperoni pizza was disgusting super greasy and smelled/tasted of cigarettes as well as the garlic bread/knot. We had thrown away the pizza before realizing we should get a refund, so we tried to at least get a refund for the bread and was accused of trying to get a refund because we couldn’t finish the food. We opted for the taco bell instead right after getting the refund if that gives you any idea how bad the food was. We were told the cigarette like taste couldn’t be from them since none of the workers smoke. The male cook was very rude as well as the female cashier. Both laughed at us when asked for a refund then proceeded to belittle us and slander us because the “customer is always right”. This is no way to treat a person especially not a customer. These people should be removed from their positions and reprimanded for disrespecting a customer on such a level.

Traveled 15 miles to this mall on my only day off of the week and they won’t honor the birthday coupon. The slices was already in the box and they put it back in front of all other customers because of their incompetence.

Trash. The skinny server with the orange braids is complete waste of space. Horrible customer service from her. Couldn't say if my freshly ordered pie was good but when I received it the pie was getting cold and the cheese getting hard.

I normally don't make bad yep reviews but this was the WORST pizza that I have eaten in a min! I came here strictly for nostalgia reasons, but am very disappointed in what I got. The blandness of the crust and the breadsticks. Extremely expensive for absolutely no reason!
