So happy this location has staff now. Everyone seen to be friends and the whole place seem like a fun environment to work in. The new General Manager is always there and do what need to be done to ensure Great service. Great Job Sbarro’s, I love the energy ❤️
Sbarro is new to this mall. The food is good however the customer service could be better. The man has attitude and the woman seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. They are packed with people and there are only two people working. Now you know why the man is with attitude and the woman with no clue. I tries purchasing a soda only moments after I order my food. There were 3 people working when I was there. Only one person working on the front counter doing everything, they didn't even heat up the pizza ( of course not cause then everyone will have to wait longer) And I saw this lady worker just talking in the kitchen and doing nothing, while customers are line up. The corporate need to know this.
