2nd attempt at this location. Just as sorry as the first. Thinnest watery Frappuccino with no whip on top. Placed my order in drive thru to be ignored and then greeted again like I hadn't ordered. I'll continue to drive across town to the Exchange location for great service and great product.

The order taking staff for drive thru (on Sunday morning with no other customers 07:39) laughed right after I asked for what I'd like to order instead of an appropriate answer. Laughing sounded like y'all were making fun of me. And at the window when I asked "what's was it about?"- he just answered "they are just all talking" - I am so disappointed at the unprofessionalism.
