I’m not the type to leave online reviews, except for this time… The drink itself is delicious, but I know you guys are capable of mixing the matcha powder more evenly, right? Out of the 10 times I’ve ordered a matcha latte here, about 8 times the powder was still clumpy like this. That’s really the only downside😿
I didn’t get the name of the barista who took my order tonight but i came basically 10 minutes to closing because i had a bad day and was severely craving a drink, i came up and apologized and asked if they were still taking orders, he was so polite and took my order than gave it to me FOR FREE. I hope that barista pillow is cold on both sides tonight!!
So they get a 5 star just because they are apart of the Starbucks family however THIS LOCATION IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE GRAYSON LOCATION upon walking through these doors you RECEIVE NO SUCH THING AS A WELCOME IN well at least I didn’t nor did I hear it for the next few customers who entered I didn’t eat or drink anything so I can’t say as for atmosphere the building smells clean and feels SOOOOOO PEACEFUL
