They have excellent burgers. I have been to other RR, some have an engaging hostess, clean inside, great service and the manager checked on guests several times. This one the hostess did her job, but that was it. Our server was attentive and the burger was great.. It is a nice touch when someone smiles. I am here spending money with your establishment. Saw a manager, but he did not engage. Talked to a colleague or staff member the whole time we were there.
Waited 50 minutes for a Veggie burger. Order a second sweet potato fries they came 40 minutes late cold. The server apologized several times, but I could other tables waiting forever to be served their food. One family was so exhausted of waiting they just let the baby started to run through the restaurant. I felt really bad for the family. The kids were hungry n they were there before me. I paid kiosk n left. I did leave a generous tip, but only because I know the food industry....read full review

It's disappointing that this restaurant has fallen so far. Red Robin used to be a favorite place to go, but now not so much. The place is dirty. I mean dirty. The tables are sticky and dirty. The floor - greasy not cleaned properly. You can feel your feet sliding in the stone / brick surfaces. The customer kiosk, filthy. Granted - customer finger smears on here .
