“I didn't catch her name but the young woman working that day asked if it was my first time there & guided me through the menu & ordering process. I ordered the vegan bowl with 1/2 brown rice & 1/2 quinoa. The brown rice had a nice texture & was cooked perfectly & so was the quinoa. The furikake, crispy garlic & tempura crisps definitely took the bowl over the top! The sauce was nice & not too overpowering. I would have loved it even more if the tofu were crispy & fried tempura style but they served it just regularly.

“Never in my thousands of days did I dream I could get a perfectly laminated and baked croissant outside of Europe, NYC, or a specialty bakery, but I did just that 15 minutes ago here. Sorry no photo; I was done savoring every crumb before I even thought about getting out my phone. The care and pride that they have in service and quality here is something you just don’t see today. Honestly, I haven’t seen it in 20 years at most coffee shops, and I was a well-trained barista and cook back then. This place is special. Keep it alive, keep it well funded, and just keep it going! “So I ordered a small stuffed spinach & green pepper pizza yesterday for dinner. It was a Monday night (Aug 19th).

This was the BEST pizza I ever had at this location. In from Chicago, born & raised. So the pizza I had last night felt like I was back at home. It was perfect. I called to leave a compliment and was told that the kitchen manager made the pizza. It was on point ??“

“Your Pie has great pizza. I love the lineage, and the past is very good as well. People are always very friendly. Highly recommended.“

“This place is honestly underrated. They have good pizza for decent prices. I recommend the deep dish pizza. It has a crispy thick pan crust with a large amount of cheese and sauce and it’s very flavorful. Only eat it if your not in a diet because it’s very greasy and will put you to sleep.

“Wow, what a hidden gem in an unassuming plaza. When I first walked in, I could immediately tell the staff was attentive and welcoming because, even though they were all working in the kitchen, they still noticed that I walked in and greeted me. The space was clean, decorated with simple, homey décor. I was not sure what to get and was recommended to try their flavored latte. The staff mentioned that they make their lavender latte and mint latte themselves - I took it to mean that they used actual lavender and mint to make the drinks in-house. And wow, it was the best lavender iced latte I’ve had. The coffee aroma was nice and strong and the lavender flavor was not the fake floral syrup flavor that bigger chains use. I need to go back and try the mint latte next. A huge plus is that their bathroom was super clean and they even had a Poo-Pourri product inside.

As a first impression, this coffee shop did not have the fancy or modern furnishings other coffee shops in the area have, BUT the quality of their service and coffee really spoke for themselves and made this place stand out. It felt really warm and homey. I will definitely return even if I have to drive out of my way.“

Oh my, they were a flavor explosion in every bite. From classic combinations to unique and creative options, there was something for everyone. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and each slice was a mouthwatering masterpiece. But Mellow Mushroom doesn't stop at pizza. Their menu is a treasure trove of deliciousness. “This is a great place with great food, but I do have ONE complaint. I was there this morning for breakfast with a friend and ordered a wonderful Divine Sunrise sandwich and a regular unsweet black tea -- you know, like you would get at Chick-fil-a or somewhere like that. It was $4 for the tea in a 16-oz cup with lots of ice and NO REFILL!!! NONE! NOT ONE! So I refilled my cup with the ice water they had in a pitcher on the counter and thought to myself, "So this might be a reason I do not come back." While the food is priced reasonably for today's economy, $4 for less than 16 oz of regular unsweet tea is ridiculous if you offer no refills.“

“We ordered 2 breakfast entrees per the ad, thinking it was buy one entree get one free today. The cashier informed us it was only for lunch and dinner entrees. We paid and ate. Before leaving I spoke with the manager(Tish) about the promotion. She corrected our check and the associate. Tish was very professional handling the situation.“

“Yes I definitely recommend them. Today is my son’s 12th birthday and he wanted some funny little creature on his cake that I made for him. At first he was wanting to put it on with icing and I told him that it can be a pain sometimes especially if he messes up it’s kinda hard to go back and fix it. So I called Decadent Creations and asked Chief AJ if he could print an edible Image. And without hesitation he said yes ma’am I sure can. And I asked him if he could do it small enough to fit in between the words happy and birthday on my sons cake and he said yes I told him that I wanted it 3“ x 3“ and without hesitation he said yes ma’am I can do that. They had a hard time checking me out with my gift card, but they constantly apologized and eventually figured out the problem. The manager Summer, made it a teaching moment and showed the cashiers what went wrong and how to handle the situation in the future.I will definitely be back again.
