I love the pizza but I started to go through the drive thru. It was about 8:10 on Sunday and we got to the window after waiting at the order to be taken . Nobody asked what we wanted. Then we drove up to the window where a man told us they were closed since 8 pm. The sign said that they were open until 9 . What a disappointment. Guy was a bit rude. Needless to say we didn't have dinner last night
So I do love riversides pizza. However when you have a group of five people working the night shift at 9:50pm telling someone with an online order that you're closed and locking the door. When you don't close until 11pm. That's absolutely unacceptable. Tonight on August 29th my husband had this experience. You can always depend on Riverside for a good, reasonably-priced pizza. The crust is just-right thickness and flavor. Multiple locations, so ck before you order somewhere else. For quicker service, order online or call. It's not a dine-in location.
