“Ms Patricia is a professional and pleasant business woman who can delight the sweet tooth with her varied bakery choices. She made a bride's and a groom's cake for our April 25, 2026 wedding at Tucker First UMC. Both cakes were delicious with only 1/4 left for us to enjoy at home. I recommend giving Castle Cakes a try.“

“We were in town visiting friends and got a gluten free pizza from here and would 100% recommend! My son has celiac disease and when I called ahead of time to ask how the pizza was prepared the woman on the phone was very helpful. They cannot guarantee no cross contamination but explained they would make it in the back separate from where other pizzas are prepared using ingredients that are separate from the ones they use on their main line. It’s cooked in a separate metal pan, glove change/washed hands, etc. She verified the toppings we wanted were all gluten free. I felt comfortable with these precautions and the pizza was delicious. Bbq Chicken Pizza w/o onions and cilantro. 💕“

“Great service, good to great food and a busy-under-control atmosphere. Always good to have a reservation. Let me tell 'ya brothers 'n sisters, there SHOULD BE ONE OF THESE IN OUR CLOSE LOCALITY. We hit some high places and others on our Sunday Brunch research, this is one of the better places we visit. We have been to a couple locations with great to greater results every time. This location is near the Mall of Georgia, pretty close in real terms. The DO have reservations, so it makes it a pleasure to go, to be seated quickly and have good service, a full bar and a competent kitchen staff.. This time our waitress was Kashmir and she was the best. We also had a Chance to talk to the AG (Assistant Goddess) Pam, she remembered us from our past visit-months ago, and was both cordial and helpful. We DO NOT forget good staff. The food was all on point, my Avocado Eggs Benedict was terrific with a good amount of Cheesy Hollandaise sauce and perfect poached eggs. Deanne's omelette was terrific, so was her pancake --she said. Bill's Crab-Cake Eggs Benedict was just right. The coffee's were great, and the brunch cocktails were some of the best we encounter on our weekly brunch-hunt.. Kudos to you and your staff, Snooze.....“

“The Flying Biscuit in Buford was pretty busy for Labor Day weekend; still, our waitress Sarah stayed attentive and professional. She checked in on my friend and I as chatted, kept drinks filled, and managed a large section with care. The food was good; the atmosphere unique and artsy. Even under pressure, the team delivered a smooth experience. I'll be back!“

“Clean restaurant. If I walk in and tables are not clean, I walk right out. But this location is always neat and clean. Pleasant staff. My food is fresh. Condiment area is clean. Bread is never stale. Bakery is the best! Thank you for bringing the Chantilly cake. A big shootout to Melvin who is always smiling !“

“I think this is a great place to eat, especially as someone with a gluten allergy. I feel at peace eating here. I do enjoy it and think it’s a fair price point, my only recommendation is regarding the sauces and flavor of the food. The food taste completely unseasoned and bland, but the sauces are excellent. I don’t think you should charge extra for additional sauce since the meal honestly needs it to taste flavorful enough. Or just adding some spices into some stuff to give more flavor. Still a great place to eat and I will return.“

“Samantha bakes the most delicious gluten free sweets! I have had Celiac for 3 years and it is such a relief to find tasty GF sweets. The ginger donut holes are amazing! The chocolate chip cookies are fabulous! Anyone with Celiac or gluten intolerance should try ALL of her baked goods!“

“My first time visiting this establishment was during week one of a 21 day fast. With it being my first time and only eating fruits and vegetables, I felt extremely supported when this beautifully spirited lady that smiled with her heart patiently listened as I carefully chose my base and toppings then called my fast out by name (the Daniel fast) and wished me luck before I left.

I haven't felt this way about an eating establishment, or a stranger in a very long time. So timely.

“Absolutely loved this place! It’s right next to my house, and it has become my little spot to stop by for a cappuccino and treat myself to a beautiful dessert. The pavlovas are amazing — so fresh, light, and beautifully made. The best part is that they taste delicious without being overly sweet, which makes them feel elegant and balanced instead of heavy. The fruit was fresh, the cream was perfect, and the meringue had the perfect texture. The owner works there herself, and she is absolutely amazing — so warm and welcoming. “This is a great place with great food, but I do have ONE complaint. I was there this morning for breakfast with a friend and ordered a wonderful Divine Sunrise sandwich and a regular unsweet black tea -- you know, like you would get at Chick-fil-a or somewhere like that. It was $4 for the tea in a 16-oz cup with lots of ice and NO REFILL!!! NONE! NOT ONE! So I refilled my cup with the ice water they had in a pitcher on the counter and thought to myself, "So this might be a reason I do not come back." While the food is priced reasonably for today's economy, $4 for less than 16 oz of regular unsweet tea is ridiculous if you offer no refills.“

She responded quick and the day of pick up provided pictures of the cake along with details for transport, storage, and preparation for eating. My son loved the look and taste of the cake. “Stopped in after a convention and it was a great decision. We were seated quickly and got to look at the menu. Service was quick and friendly. Our food came out hot and fresh very fast. The vodka sauce were rich and creamy, excellent with shrimp. The eggplant sub was great as well. Got to come back“

“If I can give this place ten stars I would. The owner Joseph is extremely sweet! I usually love getting the cake batter but they didn’t have it. He said they were in the process of making it. I had already checked out and finished my froyo and kindly enough Joseph brought out some cake batter froyo for me once it was done. The froyo is always yummy. Thank you again Joseph !“
