“Mokhaport is a coffee shop featuring Ethiopian and Yemini coffee and teas. They also offer smoothies and food items with a sizable quantity of Halal, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Soy-Free offerings. The majority of their food is made in-house. Mokhaport has an intimate seating area with Wifi and a generous number of electrical outlets. Mokaport has some of the best customer service for a coffee shop. The owner is friendly and willing to answer questions and provide recommendations regarding the menu offerings. You are actually provided a sample of your coffee/tea item before it is finalized. My go-to drink is the Dirty Adani (Sweet Yemini Chai with a shot of coffee) with brown sugar and oat milk. Pro tip: save your receipt via text, which makes it easier to duplicate your beverage order once you have found the perfect drink. I visit this coffee shop every time I am in the area, as the coffees, teas, and service are impeccable. I am looking forward to trying the smoothies, cheesecake, and some of the savory food products like the beef patty and cheese pastry.“

“This is one of the best places to get gluten-free, almost a whole menu was gluten-free. I have Celiac disease and got no symptoms at all.!!!! Absolutely amazing atmosphere, it was wonderful. We didn’t have anything that wasn’t amazing. Everything was fried to perfection and flavorful The BEST place to come eat. Staff was amazing very attentive And sweet!!! Although we were early, the hostess graciously seated us at the bar, where Lucas crafted truly magical cocktails that set the tone for the evening. Once at our table, Dakota seamlessly took over, demonstrating an impressive command of the menu and guiding us with confidence. What stood out immediately was the pace. We were never rushed, a rarity in today’s dining scene, and were able to fully enjoy each course as it arrived. The homemade bread was the perfect introduction, followed by appetizers that were nothing short of extraordinary. After a relaxed pause, our entrées were served, perfectly prepared and generously portioned. Just when we thought the evening couldn’t improve, the tiramisu arrived. It was easily the most melt-in-your-mouth version imaginable and the ideal ending to an already remarkable meal. “This place is out of this world fantastic. The pastrami is near perfect. We dined for brunch and tried piled high pastrami, the general breakfast with schmaltz potatoes, deviled eggs, and pastrami and grits. We also had coffee and egg cream. We finished off brunch with a round of desert: cheesecake, coffee cake, and chocolate cake. Everything was so good from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food and I can’t wait to go back here.“

“I stopped by today, excited to try some authentic Greek pastries. I was not disappointed! The lady serving me was absolutely lovely and gave me some free samples. I ended up trying a variety of things. The portions are huge and will last you several days. The pastries themselves are definitely authentically Greek (I am European and I’ve been there multiple times), and they are light, moist, and flavorful. I give this place my fullest recommendation.“

“So let me start by saying I frequented this location, like probably 3-4 times a month during my lunch break.

I always went to the bar, so much so they began recognizing me. I convinced my coworker to come and he joined me a number of times.

Fabiola (apologies if I misspelled your name darling) is by far one of the best bartender/servers I've had in my entire 32 years of living. She not only remembers that I'm vegan and grabs the vegan menu as soon as I walk up she greets me with such joy and warmth that the one day I didn't see her my heart broke a little. Gerald (I think his name is) is also such a sweet soul, he came onboard not too long ago and also began greeting me with the same warmth as Fabiola.

Fabiola makes a mean (and when I say mean I mean DELICIOUS) sangria. I mean those sangrias need to be renamed Fabiolas they are so good.

The tomato flatbreads to die for, brussel sprouts snatch a wig, the avocado toast beats California avocado toast (trust me I lived out there for 3 years), and again those sangrias no one will ever beat a Fabiola sangria, I'd bet $1,000 on it haha. On my latest visit I tried the corn flatbread and it was also delicious. Mind you these are all being made vegan style, so I can only imagine the flavor depth if you get them as they're on the menu/non-vegan style.

Unfornately, my office is moving to the other side of the perimeter so my frequent bi-weekly visits will likely become sporadic weekend pop-ins, but my gosh the Seasons 52 in Dunwoody (especially the bar) is definitely top 3 in my favorite restaurants.“

I don’t know what kind of vinaigrette they have but even the salads are out of this world and the lamb sandwich is a must get for your first token experience!!
