I have mixed feelings because the employees definitely makes a difference in my experience. I found that when going during the day, the place is kept cleaner and food prep is better. The few times I went in the evening, I've seen sauces drop into other sauces, the ingredients on the counters, and you can tell the lack of experience in the employees without the proper leadership being present.
