I have mixed feelings because the employees definitely makes a difference in my experience. I found that when going during the day, the place is kept cleaner and food prep is better. The few times I went in the evening, I've seen sauces drop into other sauces, the ingredients on the counters, and you can tell the lack of experience in the employees without the proper leadership being present. Today was the first time my wife and I went during the day and both of pizza were not good. I tasted the flour on the bottom of my pizza, the sauce, cheese and toppings weren't distributed evenly on our pizzas. I had slices with 1 out 3 ingredient on it, and my wife didn't taste done either. I didn't say anything because at this point I'm tired of the lack of experience or training in this place. They were some pleasant and good workers that I've seen here but I don't want to keep hoping I get the right person today thing. I understand everyone isn't going to perform the same but when it's a 50/50 shot of good or bad worker, then that may reflect on leadership, and I can't trust that each employee is being held to the same standard in performance or being held accountable for their lack of efforts. I really hope things improve.

Not only is this the best Your Pie location we've been to, but it is one of the BEST food establishments, period. The restaurant is immaculate. The customer service unbelievable. The food is delicious! We actually went 2 days in a row!I'm so sad that I moved to Utah last week and can't visit again. Take my word though, fellow foodies! You will NOT be disappointed with Your Pie, Loganville. :)Vegetarian options: I am vegan. They have vegan crust and vegan cheese. The marinara sauce is yummy. They also offer a vegan sausage, but I just opted for a lot of delicious veggies! :)

My experience as a 1st time customer ordered half meat and the other half supreme. You make your decision. Offer to remake it, but I refuse to wait was offered a free pizza on the next visit. I just wanted what I paid for. The clerk was pleasant, apologized and called her supervisor home. She sent a picture to the supervisor State as she said, meat on the side where the vegetables are….
Walked in at lunch time and only one person was working. She said she had been working 11 straight days with no day off. This was all to a conversation my wife and I struck up with her, she was not complaining. She had a great attitude, was very detailed oriented and never got frustrated with the way we requested our food. After we sat down to eat there were 15 - 20 people that walked in for lunch. The young lady took it all in strides, never got frustrated and just worked as hard and efficiently as she could to take care of the customers. As we were walking out another employee did show up and while still in the parking lot she noticed the number of people in line. She literally ran into the store, behind the counter and to the sink to wash her hands so that she could start helping. Major kudos to the young ladies working there 10-23-23.

I went to your pie today and I ordered my pizza and sat down to eat with my family, I can’t eat much so I had ate one slice of my 10in pizza and put the rest in a Togo box. As I was walking out the door I realized I didn’t have my Togo box. I turned around and watched one of the employees throw my box away. I immediately let her know that that was my pizza box and it had almost a full pizza inside. We let the employee at the cash register know what was going on and she said there was nothing she could do in a rude nasty tone. She said she couldn’t accommodate us unless we paid for a whole pizza.

Ordered for delivery at 430. Uber never picked up pizza called store they seemed confused its just kids working. Ended up having to pick up pizzas at 615. Very small pizzas. They tasted ok but were obviously cold and soggy.
