I have been coming here for the past year asking for Mexican pizza. They have it on the menu right now but still they don’t have it. Isn’t this false advertising it’s on the menu but she said they were out.Good news Taco Bell has the Mexican pizza and some new items on the menu there is new management and people are friendly and the restaurant I buy from has a 100 which is in Lilburn. Order is wrong over half the time. And good luck with any kind of substitution. They either don't do it, or they'll put two pieces of chicken on a broken taco. I've been there over 100 times since 2013. I will never go back again

Soft taco wasn't upgraded to Supreme as paid for. And they were out of several soft drink options... but food and service were good otherwise.

Gave me the wrong order thru drive thru my husband went in to get the items missing (crunch wrap and chalupa) and the Big lady was giving him a hard time when she was the one who took the order wrong!!!! The man that ended up helping him was great but that big Bit*h needs an attitude check!! And a lesson on how to treat your customers!!!

I love taco bell food. But they have the worst service of all time. Especially at five forks trickum road! My wife and I bought into the Pete Davis commercials for breakfast showed up on my birthday morning at 7:10am (website said they open at 7) excited. Those goof balls can't show up in time to open the restaurant. Lights on - lazy people inside staring at us. Doors locked. No breakfast next to the "try our breakfast signs". If you haven't seen the rant - watch the YouTube rant as to why they suck because Pepsi can't beat Coke. Totally correct. We went to McDonald's - nice job guys!!

Worst drive-through experience of the year and it’s November! The young man at the drive-through wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before he tried to get me to leave so I just drove away. As I was driving away, he made sure to wave goodbye to me. I’m sure the owner and district manager, love waving, paying customers away without them ordering anything!
