I just left from here 20 minutes ago and I am not satisfied at all . I was given a cold almost still frozen wrap . The rice was still cold and hard . I have called the store multiple times to request a refund . I have not gotten anyone to answer the phone yet . This wrap is usually good so I get it often , i immediately knew something was off

I’m not the one to leave reviews… but I ordered a detox island smoothie and a hummus wrap . The smoothie was drinkable just not strong in flavor compared to the smoothies I’ve had in the past. Yanno taste like water down fruits basically.

The hummus wrap , I didn’t know what to think of it … but the young man who made it made it just right , it was delicious and I hope you give him my thanks ! I love the hummus wrap ! Try it .

Worst experience we’ve had at any TSC - ordered then 3 other people came in and ordered. All the others had their smoothies made before ours, and when we said something, we were told to leave the establishment without getting what we paid for. Finally, we got the smoothie, and it was trash compared to all other TSC smoothies we’ve had.

Came in last night and bit into a piece of plastic that was in my wrap. Really disgusting. Wrap was good until that bite though can’t lie. This is bad practice for sure. Big fan of tropical smoothie. Guess this location lacks attention to detail.

They had a promotion where the first 50 people would get smoothies for a year. They didn't specify that it's 1 smoothie a week... That's just dishonest. Seeing that they have so many 1 star reviews, I can understand why.

I decided to leave this review because today I enjoyed every piece of my Santa Fe quesadilla. I usually order from here at least twice a week but lately the quesadillas and smoothies have been not so good. What ever you are doing now please keep doing. The best quesadilla in comparison to any of your locations thus far!!! Best for its freshness, cooked time and packaging. Thank you!

I came to get a smoothie of course and I asked for extra extra white chocolate like to where almost it over powers my drink… I’m not sure if the cashier was new or not but I expressed this to her and when I got my smoothie it tasted like little no white chocolate so I asked for some on the side. Before paying I even verified because I only saw her charge me for one extra.. I try to prevent this from happening by asking for a lot of white chocolate, instead of remaking my smoothie because I didn’t feel like it had enough the mixed manager with curly hair literally gave me a cup… How did she expect me to mix it in & when I brought up my concern the lady who made my smoothie was just staring didn’t offer to help or anything . Customer service 0/10 I’d recommend going to the Snellville location.
