Worst experience we’ve had at any TSC - ordered then 3 other people came in and ordered. All the others had their smoothies made before ours, and when we said something, we were told to leave the establishment without getting what we paid for. Finally, we got the smoothie, and it was trash compared to all other TSC smoothies we’ve had.

Came in last night and bit into a piece of plastic that was in my wrap. Really disgusting. Wrap was good until that bite though can’t lie. This is bad practice for sure. Big fan of tropical smoothie. Guess this location lacks attention to detail.

They had a promotion where the first 50 people would get smoothies for a year. They didn't specify that it's 1 smoothie a week... That's just dishonest. Seeing that they have so many 1 star reviews, I can understand why.

I decided to leave this review because today I enjoyed every piece of my Santa Fe quesadilla. I usually order from here at least twice a week but lately the quesadillas and smoothies have been not so good. What ever you are doing now please keep doing. The best quesadilla in comparison to any of your locations thus far!!! Best for its freshness, cooked time and packaging. Thank you!

I came to get a smoothie of course and I asked for extra extra white chocolate like to where almost it over powers my drink… I’m not sure if the cashier was new or not but I expressed this to her and when I got my smoothie it tasted like little no white chocolate so I asked for some on the side. Before paying I even verified because I only saw her charge me for one extra.. I try to prevent this from happening by asking for a lot of white chocolate, instead of remaking my smoothie because I didn’t feel like it had enough the mixed manager with curly hair literally gave me a cup… How did she expect me to mix it in & when I brought up my concern the lady who made my smoothie was just staring didn’t offer to help or anything . Customer service 0/10 I’d recommend going to the Snellville location.

This review is to let the public know how horrible my daughter was treated as an employee at this location. As a 16 year old she was so excited to start her very first job here. When she found out she got the job she couldn’t stop talking about it. Unfortunately a crew leader here, embarrassed, demeaned and bullied her for not knowing how to use the register, making mistakes and just not knowing all of the procedures. She was a new trainee and this crew leader snatched tortillas out of her hand and talked down to her for forgetting to ring up a cookie even though my daughter realized it and tried to correct it. Also, other crew members witness this and did not stand up for my daughter. Just imagine you are at home and your 16 year old calls you crying, to come get her and she can barley speak. I went to pick her up and the crew leader gave no explanation as to why she was asking my daughter to go leave other than she didn’t ask to go to break. What sad is that instead of her going into a job where she was mentored and supported as part of a team ,she was treated with hatred and animosity that she couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. None the less, my daughter quit her first job and as a parent I’m doing what I have to do.

I really want to love this place, because there are healthy options and the food/smoothies are generally pretty good. The problem is that it is insanely inconsistent.I've ordered the same smoothie like 10 times and I swear it has never tasted the same. The sweetness is random, the thickness is random, the flavor profile changes every time. You straight up never know what you're going to get.Same goes with the food. I often order the southwest breakfast wrap, and sometimes it's huge. Sometimes it's absolutely tiny. Sometimes they put chipotle sauce on it. Sometimes they put salsa on it. However they feel that day, I guess.If they could get their consistency down, it could be good. Because when its good, it's really good. But currently it's a crapshoot.

I had no idea that TS stopped selling the salads at this location. Despite me not knowing, the worker kindly made one for me. I ended up opting for the wrap instead which she kindly switched out without a fuss. I really hate changing my order and I appreciate workers that able to take care of customers needs despite the circumstances.

I’ve ordered from here plenty of times but lately the chia oatmeal pudding bowls have arrived with less and less toppings even when I pay for extras. Overall their bowls and wraps are delicious, fresh and tasty.
