This at one point and time this was my go to. Last couple of times I've been, it's just been OK. Nothing to write home about. I mean the food is good. Service was good, atmosphere was good.
This was nearly a 1/2 star but the assistant manager made things a little better for us. We had a 2 hour wait for our food. That was after a rather long wait for someone to ever acknowledge of presence and give us menus. We were a slightly larger group of 6 adults and 3 kids and we watched as several smaller groups were served, hung out and left all while we still waited. I had always heard great things about UJ so I was reluctant to leave plus we were in town for the Christkindl...
Took my wife on a date here and it was a nice surprising place to go! We actually forgot we were in Lawrenceville, nice seating, good service and great food, its along the $-$$ side depending on your order but either way its worth it.
