Who's Got Soul Southern Cafe Lawrenceville

While I have eaten at WGS many times, the food is above par. My concern is delivery. I’ll opt for delivery in very few cases, illness being one of them. Nonetheless, I have yet to receive my complete order when opting for delivery. I’m not a fan of we will give your money back. I want my order, my complete order. Which means care must go into the QA process, not just highlighting the items on my receipt but ensuring the highlighted items make it to the bag. Essentially, refunding the missing items is not enough, when someone has paid 16$ for delivery. Truly, I believe WGS should eat the delivery charges since, what I ordered I did not receive.

Update: when back on Sunday October 6th, customer service is worse than before. I'm not sure how they are still open

The food is always Good but the customer service is hit or miss. I was there today and the young man that runs the place was using heavy profanity along with 2 of his friends right in the area where the customer stands waiting for their food. It was a little disrespectful to me as well as the other customers waiting for our food. After I left the restaurant I called him to let him know that the food is excellent however using profanity around customers may not be the best thing For businesses in the middle of the conversation he hung up on me. That will be my last time going. It's really the only place in Lawrenceville to get soul food but I guarantee you if people had another option they would definite go for

I’m not sure why the ratings are lower, but my goodness the food is absolutely amazing!!! I ordered mines for delivery for Uber Eats and it was first time ever hearing of this restaurant and trying it. I was highly impressed with the food quality and everything was absolutely delicious as I mentioned. I’m looking forward to my wife trying it. I recommend the veggie plate as well as the peach cobbler.

Terrible place to eat at! I ordered food on their website and they sent a door dash driver to deliver it! The DoorDash driver took my food, so I called DoorDash. Doordash then called the restaurant and told me the restaurant refused go redeliver the order or issue me a refund. I called The manager on duty also told me that she couldn’t even find my order in their system. She basically said it was my loss and that she didn’t care about it anymore. She wouldn’t take my order number or my phone number or email to try to look up the order she just told me that it wasn’t her problem to take it up with DoorDash.

Visiting from Alabama Had a taste for some soul food, searched and found Who’s Got Soul, and based off reviews decided to give them a try! I really don’t know where to start!!!!! The presentation of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the customer service OUTSTANDING, MRS. WANDA … her smile and patience…. Everything was very DEMUR… The Food WAS EXCELLENT… turkey wings… falls off bone, cornbread good, Mac and cheese, collard greens, fried chicken wings…DELICIOUS . Strawberry cake DELICIOUS!!! Everything is definitely home made. I will be back first impression was EVERYTHING!!! Thanks MRS. WANDA KEEP UP THE GOOD AND CONTINUE SMILING. 10/10 I RECOMMEND!

The food here is overpriced to be subpar. I the mac and cheese taste like boxed mac and cheese. The pinto beans was half cooked and the candied yam tasted like half boiled sweet potatoes with syrup on it..I go to one in Duluth all the time and the food is awesome. However, I am very disappointed in my meal on today.

I have eaten at this particular location a total of 5 times so far. 4 times I ordered their peach punch drink I'd love to tell you it's good however I never received a single 1 yet... (these orders were thru app) only 1 of 5 times did I get everything I ordered... when I called the store this last time they acted as if there was nothing that could be done ok but you could at least apologize instead of giving attitude I love the food I have received the catfish dinner and riblet plate with sides of mac and cheese and sweet potatoes however the 12$ in 2 desserts we didn't receive apple cobbler and banana pudding and the house drink peach punch would love to of actually had those im gonna take a break from this restaurant even tho the food seems to be good so far I'll just go to cracker barrel

The food was good. The service was timely. The lady at the door frowned at us upon arrival. No greeting. Silence. You guys have an opportunity for something special here. The food is good. You're efficient in delivery. This was just our second visit. We would love to continue to support you as you build something iconic.
