The customer service was terrible. You need to fire the black chick at the register.The only part of my meal worth eating was the french fries. I ordered a double cheese burger combo that I couldn't finish. The quarter thin burger patties were dry burnt and inedible. Like I said the fries were cooked pretty good and tasted okay with some seasoning salt. I will never be patronizing this establishment again. I suggest you spend your money somewhere else. You've been warned.

First of all, this is to the owner about their workers cause I don’t play about my kids, if you can’t get cashiers with good customer service, then the rudeness will be serviced right back to them. You don't get people’s order wrong and then expect them to take it or pay for it. My daughter told me that your cashier got their order wrong twice and upset with them because they wanted them to fix it, and still sent them out the door with an incorrect order. If they don’t want sauce on their burgers then don’t put sauce on their burgers, and y’all did anyway! I tried to call no answer, but I’ll be there tomorrow to speak with a manager!

These wings are the smallest wings I've ever seen. I have tiny hands, and these wings are smaller than my pointer finger. They look like my thumb! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves charging that much and handing out this type of food! Smh! Do better! I feel robbed!

Ordered off doordash at 1pm today, my order was picked up and then stolen by the dasher that was supposed to be delivering it to me and my family. I notified doordash and received a full credit to REORDER the same meal I did previously. The second dasher arrives for my reordered food and then no longer takes the order so I'm waiting for another dasher. At this point it's 3pm, and I've been waiting for this second order for almost an hour. I get a phone call that my order has been canceled again but due to the fact the store just isn't going to make it because it was already picked up before. If I place a second order AND PAY again how are you just not going to make my food that you were paid for. Then not only did they refuse to remake it, they don't answer their phones or even give you a call to let you know a head of time that your food isn't getting made. My food was stolen $70 worth of food at that! This isn't my first time ordering or eating here which is why I'm upset. Do better or close. The phone is NEVER picked up so I've always had no choice but to order online. Y'all have terrible service.

Terrible customer service order two 15 pieces after work they gave me two 5 pieces called it in told them I don’t have a vehicle I can’t come and get the right order they said my name was wrote down so whenever I can come I could get my food I come back it’s a lady name lanay at the front real nasty attitude talking bad about me to the person that came with me I thought customer service was everything now i went up there twice to get turned around I used to love this place big lost on a costumer after this so here I am showing her my receipt and I get the worst costumer service and my order was messed up again and I can bet you I won’t be replaced for any of this be careful guys
