Today ordered shrimp fried rice bowl with no peas and carrots and paid for extra broccoli and extra egg. My rice bowl did not have extra broccoli. When I asked the person at the counter about the extra broccoli, he said yes that is extra broccoli. From I walked in the door the atmosphere and the workers behind the counter were not polite, very rude and not attentive. The Philly chesse steak and fries were great! This is a good place to go for a quick bite.
Every time I have come to this location the service is horrible when the associate Jiwin. I asked for wet wings and dry wings they mixed them both together. I asked them to separate them they give me the box to do myself. Why are they even coming out like this. Please don’t go to the one at this location off of Herrington Rd. They do not care about customer service.

WNB Factory - Wings & Burger offers a clean and friendly environment with good food. Customers appreciate the polite service and tasty wings, like the honey garlic and hot with lemon pepper sprinkles, as well as the Jamaican Jerk wings. The Bacon and Jalapeño Hamburger is one of the best burgers, served with plentiful and great French fries. The cheesesteak egg rolls are delicious, flaky, and well-filled, while the classics cheeseburger plate is absolutely delicious. Some suggest larger burger portions for the price, and while the fried pickles were too thick for one reviewer's taste, overall, the meals are flavorful. The Nashville hot wings could use more heat, and the fries sometimes need seasoning. Though most staff are commended for their service, some customers note unfriendly attitudes. Despite mixed reviews, WNB Factory provides a welcoming atmosphere and tasty dishes, making it worth a visit.
