I placed an order in the drive thru for a chicken strip meal with a drink. Seems easy enough, but it obviously wasn’t. They asked me to pull up because they were waiting on the fries. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes before the assistant manager, Armani came out and handed me the wrong order. I made her aware of her mistake and inquired about my order. She went to the window and came back with my food. I asked her if she thought it was acceptable that I waited this long for my order? I received an insincere apology for my wait. So basically, they forgot about my order! My other food ended up getting cold. Very unsatisfied with my visit!!!

The people were nice but the number 7 biscuit sandwich was hard threw it out the window 🤨
I placed an order online thru the app for a chicken egg and cheese biscuit with egg and cheese, clearly. Got all the way home and I got a sausage biscuit. Somebody can't read. I had to return for them to fix my order. I asked them if I could at least get a lemonade for the trouble of having to drive back and fix their error, they didn't do it. It's not this way in TX, only in SW little towns like this that they don't know good customer service. When you mess up an order, and the customer had to go out of their way to give you a chance to fix it, you should be willing to go the extra mile. I do not recommend this location.
