Ordered a 10 piece tenders, got home only had 9. These are $2 apiece. Should of got 2 5s. Maybe they can count that high. We'll here it is August decided to try chicken tenders again. Will never go here again. Chicken was so old think I broke a tooth.

I've been here several times and food is prepared as requested. This morning we went, driving from nw Albany to Leesburg because they cook to order. Ordered 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits with extra crispy bacon. What i got was raw half cooked bacon. I took up to cashier and was told she can't do anything about it. I responded with oh yes you can. Mind you we've been there many times and they put bacon in fryer for 30 sec and it's crispy. I asked for my money back and got it but not before the manager told me that it wasn't his problem and the cashier didn't tell prepared in back what I wanted. She did tell him and he looked out at us. I'm very tired of spending higher prices and not getting what I request.

If I could give a zero star I would. Horrible customer service Rude employees the after spending over 50 bucks on food they acted like we were bothering them. Always outside building talking on phone or smoking. Get aggregated that they have to come in to do their job.

On May 24 of 2025 . My wife and I went thru drive through for breakfast. We ordered our normal steak biscuits . We get 2 that’s 1 each. I look in bag and ask for napkins and mustard. I was informed that per there policy he could only give out 1 napkin and 1 mustard pack.They had a sign in front of his register reminding him of this.We explained there is 2 biscuits for 2 people. I explained nicely I don’t blame him but to inform his boss that i shouldn’t have to beg for napkins and that this is Bull crap and I want be back. We shouldn’t have to share a napkin.
