The service attendant is talking with someone on phone very loudly while taking my order at drive through and then while he is taking my money and hanging out window with my food! I hear him screaming inside. Granted no one is inside thank goodness.NOTHING PROFESSIONAL. DOESNT MATTER IF FOOD WAS GOOD OR NOT.

I eat here often and my food is always fresh and hot, and drinks are always good. The employees are always friendly. I ordered the chicken fingers and fries combo with honey mustard and also the Frisco Burger and fries and also two apple turnovers for my husband. Whenever we go there the store is clean and restrooms are also.

Poor costumer service. I understand when you go to a fast-food restaurant and the generation of people that work in those places, I don't expect much. But the person who worked the drive-thru window on 11/5/23 at noon needs a major attitude adjustment. I never make complaints. I don't expect much. This review will probably not matter, and zero changes or cares will be made. Because of the rude personality and on top of that I did not even receive my full order, I just wanted to express this ridiculous encounter.
