Can't quite put my finger on it, but the food isn't the same as when H&B first opened. Service was very good, but they only provide you with one sauce (you have to request more). Overall very clean restaurant, and everyone was friendly.

Ordered a blueberry biscuit in the drive thru and got a cinnamon roll. Quality assurance needs to be improved. When you order something you expect it to be correct. The people are friendly though.

Me and my old lady were on our way to Thomasville today, we decided to stop by and try it out, the bbq pork plate was out of this world, it's too bad they don't have one of these in West Georgia, we will stop back by next time we're in town

We eat alot of BBQ from different mom& pops, chain and our own! Extremely disappointed! All four pulled pork meals were very dry and chewy, even after adding sauce! Did not finish mine. For $68.00 I would expect restaurant quality not fast food.

The food was not good. The BBQ tasted like it was last weeks leftovers. It definitely was not fresh. Our order was messed up twice for items missing. The only thing in our order worth eating was the mac and cheese and it wasn't anything to be proud of. We have had several occasions to eat at HnB. This was the worst. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
