Stopped in today as we were in the road traveling. I asked for a quarter pounder with no onions and my husband wanted a quarter pounder no onion no pickle. Got our food and each burger had an entire onion on it and of course pickles and to top it the fries were refrigerator cold at 10:53 am. Would not recommend and only gave one star because I had to leave something. I wish they quit letting foreigners buy out all the restaurants !! Rude and horrible food.

Decided to try new chicken strips, was extremely disappointed due to them so overcooked they were so hard and dry must of been cooked several hrs earlier. Extremely waste of money.

Once again poor customer service..... We placed an order on the McDonald's app at 9:45pm. The app says orders can be placed at the McDonald's on US19 in Leesburg until 10:45 pm. Once again our order was canceled at this location by the employee. At 9:45 pm when we arrived the McDonald's already had the doors locked and the female employee said they weren't taking orders and when we told her it was an online order she said oh, well come in and locked the door back after we came in. Then she went to typing something on the register and then she says, oh, it's been canceled. Ya, because she instantly canceled it. As many issues as this McDonald's has with serving people raw food all the way to locking the doors at 9:45 pm, the city/county should cancel their contract and put a restaurant in Leesburg, GA that actually has employees who want to work and serve customers. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever went to. 🤔😡

If I feel like eating McDonald’s, this is the one I come to. They always take care of me and my food is always good. The restaurant is clean, and the employees are nice which makes everything better. I want to give Elijah a shout out. He is an excellent employee with great customer service! He goes above and beyond to take care of guests and does it with a smile on his face. He seems so genuine. It doesn’t matter where you go, it’s about what you are doing and how you do it, being the best you can be. Keep it up!!

This is by far the slowest McDonald's I have ever been too. It has not gotten better the entire 3 years I lived here. We are the only ones here and 1 car in the drive through. Still took over 20 min for a simple order. Also out of multiple drinks.

Today i asked for a number 5 which is a 10 piece nugget a fry and a drink of my choice. When I receive my food, I drive off and then later when I arrive at home see that they did not give me my nuggets they give me a cheeseburger 1-10 would not recommend.

Leesburg McDonald is convenient, I stop there often. However, I needed the restroom, tolit paper would have been nice.

My family and I went in the Leesburg, Ga McDonald's store and NOONE acknowledged us, not even when I asked if both kiosks were down. Nor did they speak to us while they clearly saw us standing at the counter. POOR SERVICE FOR SURE. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
